CNN made a push to let criminals get away with anything short of murder in this shocking segment

Nothing sells like fear.

Based on a recent story out of New York City we can only wonder if CNN’s assignment editors are worried they’ll soon run out of manufactured emergencies.

And CNN made a push to let criminals get away with anything short of murder in this shocking segment.

While teleprompter-reading anchors get all the attention, the real power in broadcast newsrooms is wielded on those behind the assignment editor’s desk.

They decide what is – and isn’t – news before we even wake up each day.

And absolutely nobody can beat them for sniffing out something terrifying – real or imagined – in any scrap of information that comes across their desks.

So, something was more than a little off when the news network rushed to defend the Manhattan District Attorney’s pro-crime policies.

A story about Alvin Bragg’s pro-crime approach looked a lot more like a press conference for the new DA rather than anything remotely resembling journalism.

In CNN correspondent Laura Jarrett’s words, “He’s essentially telling his prosecutors in his office, do not get bogged down with low level petty crimes because if you do that we cannot focus on the real serious, violent crime that everybody really cares about.”

But while CNN is treating “pushback” and “outrage” from police and private citizens as ignorant and counterproductive, the truth is that they’re covering for Bragg as he pushes to let criminals get away with almost anything short of murder.

The New York Post piece on Bragg resembles something more like journalism, pointing out that the DA won’t seek prison sentences in a “slew of criminal cases.”

“In his first memo to staff on Monday, Alvin Bragg said his office ‘will not seek a carceral sentence’ except with homicides and a handful of other cases, including domestic violence felonies, some sex crimes and public corruption,” the Post reported in an article.

For those without a law degree, “carceral” is defined as “of, relating to, or suggesting a jail or prison.”

The Post article also included this gem from Bragg’s memo to employees: “This rule may be excepted only in extraordinary circumstances based on a holistic analysis of the facts, criminal history, victim’s input (particularly in cases of violence or trauma), and any other information available.”

In other words, criminals can break the law as much as they want as long as things don’t get too obviously ugly.

It’s noteworthy the Post story is authored by five different journalists, which seems like a move to share the blame for taking on the DA.

While over at CNN, Jarrett (yes, she’s Obama political hack Valerie Jarrett’s daughter) claims Bragg isn’t just “another progressive prosecutor trying to make big changes in a city,” she’s dead wrong – and, no doubt, knows it.

If there’s a difference, it’s that he’s on a power trip actively implementing dangerous policies most progressives only dream about unleashing on the world.

CNN’s Jeff Zucker turned white as a ghost when he was handed these numbers

CNN enjoyed a good amount of success during the Trump years.

Democrats and Never-Trumpers would tune in the millions to hear the network’s leftist talking heads talk about how evil Donald Trump is and how he was destroying the nation.

But CNN’s Jeff Zucker turned white as a ghost when he was handed these numbers.

A recently released ratings poll shows Fox News is king and CNN is drowning.

CNN saw massive declines, shedding nearly 90% of its early 2021 audience.

Last year, from January 4 – 10 CNN enjoyed a brief post-election spike and was averaging 2.7 million viewers but the numbers from last week paint a very different picture.

Last week, CNN averaged only 548,000 viewers.

That’s just pathetic – and even more pathetic is the people at CNN can’t seem to figure out it’s because they’re peddling a bunch of leftist lies.

Even worse for CNN is the demographic that is tuning out the most.

Advertisers clamor for the 25-54 demographic and that’s where CNN lost the most – a whopping 86% decline in that age bracket.

Not surprisingly, MSNBC also dropped in viewership losing 67% of its total audience from one year ago.

It looks like those primetime hours of 8-11 p.m. are the biggest struggle for both networks.

In 2021, CNN was bringing in 4.2 million viewers in that timeslot but now a mere 705,000 are tuning in.

MSNBC lost about 66% of its primetime viewers, but Fox News reigned supreme by retaining 55% of its primetime viewers in all categories.

CNN was quick to brag about its coverage of the Capitol riot resulting in the most watched day in the history of the network.

Unfortunately for CNN, the same didn’t happen on the one year anniversary when the network was unable to crack 1.5 million during any hour of the day the network “commemorated” the January 6 anniversary.

CNN and MSNBC, along with the Democrat Party and numerous Never-Trumpers, don’t understand that the lies, the propaganda, it’s not working anymore.

The American people are waking up and realizing what a mess the Left has gotten them into in a very short amount of time and they’re sick of it.

Sorry, CNN, but what you’re selling people just aren’t buying.

CNN is so desperate they’re floating conspiracy theories to attack Sean Hannity

Published

CNN continues to lag far behind Fox News in ratings.

The left-wing network has been forced to cover more scandals within its ranks than elsewhere.

Now CNN is so desperate they’re floating conspiracy theories to attack Sean Hannity.

CNN’s Brian Stelter must get sick of looking up in the ratings at Sean Hannity every week.

In fact, much of Stelter’s job at CNN is to watch Fox News and throw peanuts at the screen.

Stelter’s latest salvo against Fox News involved him hinting that Hannity was somehow a co-conspirator in the Capitol Hill riot.

The January 6 House Select Committee wants to talk to Hannity, which spurred Stelter to ponder:

“So I think it really comes down to that key question: what’s he hiding? What does he know over the past year that he hasn’t told his viewers or told the public? Is he in on it in some way? As we know, we’re learning about this vast conspiracy. Was he in on it in some fashion? If not, I’m sure he’ll want to share that as well.”

The Left always accuse the Right of trafficking in conspiracy theories, but this is base conspiracy theory nonsense.

And it’s coming from “the most trusted name in news.”

This is why Donald Trump constantly called CNN “fake news.”

Leaked text messages show that Hannity implored former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows to get Trump to issue a statement and tell protesters and rioters to go home, which Trump did.

Hannity said via text, “Can he make a statement? Ask people to leave the Capitol.”

That doesn’t sound like someone who was egging on an “armed insurrection.”

But Democrats cannot let go of the bombastic January 6 narratives.

They cannot run on policy, so they have to run on fear-mongering about the end of democracy.

Stelter added:

“[Hannity] certainly knows more than he has shared about what happened between Election Day and the insurrection. I think that’s absolutely true because he was on the phone. He was texting and all of this, of course…goes to the bigger issue: the pro-Trump media set the stage for the riot. And that’s something the 1/6 committee wants to explore.”

Stelter is not alone among Democrats in believing that January 6 was a grand plot between Trump and right-wing media to install a dictatorship.

And they say right-wingers are conspiracy theorists.

One unhinged CNN doctor infuriated conservatives with this disgusting claim about Republicans

Published

CNN is doubling down on COVID hysteria.

The network has been one of the main sources of fear and propaganda in service of the establishment.

And one unhinged CNN doctor infuriated conservatives with this disgusting claim about Republicans.

CNN appears to have a revolving door of doctors that parrot the talking points of the establishment.

One of the network’s most deranged experts is Dr. Peter Hotez, a rabid leftist who puts politics over medicine.

During a discussion on COVID, host Poppy Harlow teed up Hotez to go after Republican Senators Rand Paul and Ron Johnson.

Hotez responded by calling them “killers.”

He argued:

“Well, you know, [Johnson] is one of the dozen or so perpetrators of this horrible disinformation that has led to so many Americans losing their lives unnecessarily. Poppy, we have the numbers. Since June 1, 200,000 unvaccinated Americans who have been defiant of vaccines, refused vaccines, have needlessly lost their lives. This type of what I call — some people call it misinformation or disinformation — I call it anti-science aggression coming from Senator Rand Paul, Senator Johnson, members of the House of Representatives, in addition to those two senators, are killers. So, anti-science aggression is now a leading killer of young and middle-aged adults in the United States of America, and he’s part of the problem.”

Anyone who questions the orthodoxy surrounding vaccines is a “killer” according to Hotez.

However, it was the COVID regime that slandered drug treatments like Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin before there was even a vaccine.

Harvey Risch, head of the Yale School of Public Health, said that Hydroxycholoroquine had shown to be an effective treatment in trials, as had Ivermectin.

For example, Nigeria has one of the lowest vaccination rates in the world, but it also has one of the lowest COVID case fatality rates because a large number of Nigerians take Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin to treat high rates of malaria and river blindness respectively.

In fact, Dr. Risch and Dr. Robert Malone – inventor of the mRNA technology used in the vaccines – along with Byram Bridle wrote an op-ed for The Federalist that read:

“In the case of COVID-19 vaccines, the censorship aims to stamp out any questions about a universal vaccination program that, it is now clear, was based on the false premise that low-risk individuals must get vaccinated to halt the spread of COVID-19 and end the pandemic. Almost a year into the global vaccination campaign – and starting long before omicron arrived – all the data stand in stark opposition to this belief.”

There are plenty of credible counter-narrative voices out there, but they have been sidelined in favor of shills like Hotez.
