Anheuser-Busch beer brand Bud Light made a colossal mistake when it decided to go “woke” and enter a sponsorship deal with transgender social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney.
On April Fool’s Day, Mulvaney announced, “Happy March Madness!! Just found out this had to do with sports and not just saying it’s a crazy month! In celebration of this sports thing [Bud Light] is giving you the chance to win $15,000! Share a video with #EasyCarryContest for a chance to win!! Good luck!”
Three weeks later, Anheuser-Busch has seen its market capitalization drop by $5 billion due to widespread boycotts.
Music stars Kid Rock, John Rich, and Travis Tritt are only a few of the public figures who are applying pressure to Bud Light.
And apparently the strategy is working.
According to a Rasmussen poll, 54% of Americans are in favor of the Bud Light boycott.
Out of 1,041 adults polled, 53% of men, 57% of white respondents, 66% of Republicans, and 57% of people under 40 years old supported the boycott.
Only 18% “strongly opposed” the boycott, which included 30% of Democrats and 11% of Republicans.
However, a plurality of Democrats—44 to 43—supported the movement against Bud Light overall.
Anheuser-Busch has scrambled to stop the bleeding.
The company went dark for a couple of days after Mulvaney’s video, then a spokesman eventually confirmed, “Anheuser-Busch works with hundreds of influencers across our brands as one of many ways to authentically connect with audiences across various demographics and passion points. From time to time we produce unique commemorative cans for fans and for brand influencers, like Dylan Mulvaney. This commemorative can was a gift to celebrate a personal milestone and is not for sale to the general public.”
The company then tried to put out a schmaltzy pro-America ad and statement from the CEO, but both gestures flopped.
At this point, it seems as though people want a thorough apology from the company for catering to the “woke” mob in favor of the core fans of the product.
A few more companies may need to get “woke” and go broke to understand the ramifications of their actions.

The company’s offerings included a product line designed by a noted Satanist.
In the past month, Target’s stock has plummeted by about 13.4% as of Tuesday.
Now a darling of the Left’s corporate-controlled media is accusing Target of caving into “economic terrorism.”
The company has tried to stem the bleeding by citing the danger to their employees as their reason for shifting some LGBTQ displays further back in the stores and cutting out some merchandise.
The fact that customers have been successful in expressing their dissatisfaction with the retailer has the Left all kinds of frustrated—and nobody more than the talking heads over at MSNBC.
New York Times columnist and economics professor Justin Wolfers recently made an appearance on MSNBC claiming that—horror of horrors—if Target gives into the boycott, it will send a message to Americans that they can affect company policy.
“When Target caves into this, then it says that the moment you threaten the employees of even a very large corporation you get to control its policies. This is economic terrorism. Literally terrorism,” Wolfers claimed.
“Creating fear among the workers and forcing the corporations to sell the things you want, not sell the things you don’t. So I think it’s very worrying,” he added.
In reality, both the Bud Light and Target boycotts have come to represent something much bigger than either brand and their ridiculous woke shenanigans.
It has quickly morphed into an all-out power struggle between the Wall Street elites using their access to the country’s wealth—much of it in retirement funds—to force a cultural transformation in line with their woke ideology and the ordinary Americans trying to stop them.
The official word on Wall Street is that Target’s stock is now wildly undervalued after losing more than $9 billion in value.
What happens to the companies which have doubled down on woke policies in reality over the next year will paint a much clearer picture of who is really running America.

The company recently had a “woke” feminist ad from March resurface, and fans are not happy.
In the ad, far-left actress and comedian Ilana Glazer said, “Here’s a little-known fact: women were among the very first to brew beer ever. From Mesopotamia to the Middle Ages to colonial America, women were the ones doing the brewing. Centuries later, how did the industry pay homage to the founding mothers of beer? They put us in bikinis…Look at this $#!T. Wild. It’s time beer made it up to women, so today Miller Lite is on a mission to clean up not just their $#!T, but the whole beer industry’s $#!T. Miller Lite has been scouring the internet for all this $#!T and buying it back so that they can turn it into good $#!T for women brewers.”
The whole idea that a beer company needs to apologize for scantily clad women in a commercial is absurd.
“Sex sells” is the old advertising axiom.
In fact, Glazer should know because she used a similar tactic to push her far-left politics.
A Bernie Sanders supporter, Glazer started a “Horny 4 tha Polls” campaign to promote leftist policies in advance of the election.
Her website even featured an animated woman on a stripper pole.
Glazer discussed the comedy tour during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night show, along with a weird story about her biotech husband’s pal and creepy-sounding Halloween memes involving giving thumb drives to kids.
The Miller Lite ad has received severe backlash, but so far the company has stood by it.
A spokesperson for the beer brand said, “This video was about two things: worm poop and saying women shouldn’t be forced to mud wrestle in order to sell beer…Neither of these things should be remotely controversial and we hope beer drinkers can appreciate the humor (and ridiculousness) of this video from back in March.”
The Left are desperate attempting to enforce a morality that is utterly incoherent, and everyone can see it.

During a red carpet interview, Jean-Pierre said, “I’ve met a lot of parents of trans kids in the past couple of months who have told me these devastating stories, whether they’re in Texas or Oklahoma or wherever they are, saying how they now have to seriously consider leaving their state to protect their child…That’s something that we have to call out and continue to be very clear about. These are kids. These are our kids. They belong to all of us.”

Performing irreversible medical procedures on children should be illegal, just like it is illegal to give a child a tattoo.
These kids do not have the mental capacity and wisdom to understand the full ramifications of their decision.
Meanwhile, parents are losing custody of their children for not getting on board with these radical medical interventions.
Of course, Jean-Pierre and the Democratic Party do not care about parents in those situations.
They want children fast-tracked into lifetime patient status, and it’s all being done under the banner of LGBTQ+ acceptance.
Democrats are promoting sexual fetishes and kink as benign LGBTQ+ lifestyle choices.
For example, Lauren Rowello, a former sex worker, wrote in a Washington Post op-ed that she wanted to expose her daughter to “kink” at the Pride Parade.
Democrats have completely lost the plot, and parents are slowly waking up.
