Democrats and their media allies are being steered by the radical Left.

The moderates are no longer in charge.

And MSNBC raged at Joe Biden for not doing this one thing.

Departed Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was considered a liberal hero of the Left.

And even Ginsburg hated the notion of packing the Supreme Court, something that Franklin D. Roosevelt was shamed out of doing.

But now court-packing has become a mainstream Democrat talking point.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) flat-out said Democrats should do it.

Supreme Court under siege

That is how the Left react when they no longer have functional control of an institution; they seek to destroy it.

Conservatives currently have a 6-3 majority on the court, and they could potentially get another seat if Donald Trump gets back in office.

That’s why some on the Left have called for Justice Sonia Sotomayor to step down now while Joe Biden is in office.

And panelists on MSNBC want Biden to pack the Supreme Court as well.

Alicia Menendez said on The Weekend, “If you were part of the 70% of Americans who agree that the president should not have absolute immunity and then you watched what transpired this week in court, what is left as recourse, right? There’s court reform, there’s stacking the court? What do you see as the path forward, because clearly something more structural is necessary.”

The Left are slowly seeding the idea of packing the court.

They have used the Supreme Court for decades as a super-legislature to enact laws that could not pass through Congress.

Democrats do not want to relinquish that power.

Ankush Khardori said, “Yeah, I agree with that. I think, actually, as we think about this administration and its legacy, I think it was—it will go down as having been a historic political miscalculation.”

Nudging Biden

So it would be a “historic political miscalculation” not to pack the court or “reform” the court, whatever that means.

Khardori added that the Biden administration needs to make an “earnest effort at Supreme Court reform. They put together a commission that produced a report that nobody read. It was not a serious effort to actually pursue Supreme Court reform.”

Democrats were not interested in court reform until they lost their majority on the Supreme Court.

Symone Sanders Townsend responded, “Joe Biden is somebody that believes. . .in the rules of law. . .And one could argue. . .it’s time to do things differently.”

Khardori added, “He is holding the wrong view. I hate to say that about the president. He’s been wrong about this the whole time. And now, this Court, over the last few years, is systematically running roughshod through our Constitution. They, in just the last few years, they overturned Roe, they’ve invalidated affirmative action in higher education, and they basically legalized same sex discrimination. They threw out part of the Biden administration’s signature domestic policy effort on the student loan forgiveness plan.”

So following the Constitution equals “running roughshod through our Constitution.”

It’s comical that Khardori brought up Biden’s student loan forgiveness program, which even Nancy Pelosi said was unconstitutional before Biden unilaterally did it.

Democrats can no longer count on the Supreme Court backstopping their radical agenda, so they are actively attempting to subvert the court.

Joe Biden is in a cognitive decline spiraling out of control.

It cannot be denied at this point.

And Karine Jean-Pierre did something jaw-dropping to cover for Biden.

Joe Biden’s gaffes keep piling up one after another.

That has caused members of his administration and surrogates to pick up the slack.

White House officials like Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre have been forced to correct the record in order to make Biden’s statements in accordance with his own administration’s policy.

But the issue goes even deeper than that.

Constant mistakes

White House transcripts have been altered to make Biden’s ramblings coherent.

Daily Caller White House correspondent Reagan Reese reported on the alterations, noting that the administration has had to correct Biden’s public statements 148 times since the beginning of 2024.

Reese wrote, “Through 118 statements, speeches and chats with reporters spanning from Jan. 1 to April 24, the White House has officially updated its transcript with corrections to what the president said out loud at least 148 times.”

Sometimes the entire meaning of Biden’s statements has been altered.

Reese continued, “Some of the modifications include corrections to names, dates and titles of organizations. Others change verbs and modify the meaning of the president’s statement entirely. Words that the president didn’t say, but should’ve, according to the White House staff, have also been added to the transcripts.”

Reese provided several examples in her Daily Caller piece.

For instance, an excerpt of Biden’s 2024 State of the Union address read, “It was then, through no — through my American Rescue Plan — which every American [Republican] voted against, I might add — we made the largest investment in public safety ever.”

Another State of the Union excerpt read, “We must be honest: The threat to democracy must be defended [defeated].”

A transcript of an April 17 speech regarding the U.S. steel industry in Pittsburgh read, “I’ve always believed we’ve [they’ve] got it all wrong. America is rising. And we have the best economy in the world, which we do.”

Recently, Biden awkwardly read the stage direction on the teleprompter, and the original transcript marked his utterance as “(inaudible).”

“Four more years, PAUSE.”

Biden reads the instructions on the Teleprompter, which are always clearly marked, usually with lots of parentheses, meaning ‘dummy don’t say this part, is a command!’

Biden clearly said “pause,” which was later added to the official record.

No laughing matter

While the verbal gaffes can be written off, Biden’s statements on serious issues such as foreign policy cannot be taken as lightly.

For example, during a speech in Poland, Biden said, “For God sake, that man [Putin] cannot remain in power.”

Calling for regime change of a nuclear power in the middle of a war is incredibly dangerous, which is why the administration had to carefully walk back Biden’s statements. 

That has happened multiple times.

It seems like every other day there’s a new Biden gaffe trending on social media.

There’s a reason why Hillary Clinton admitted that Biden’s age was “an issue.”

Because it really, really is.

And Democrats remain desperate to sweep it under the rug in an election year.

Legacy institutions have worked hard to serve as political gatekeepers.

Their reach has extended into Big Tech.

And a Washington Post reporter shed crocodile tears after one new policy.

Taylor Lorenz of The Washington Post has made a name for herself by doxxing (revealing names and private contact information) and calling for censorship of her political opponents.

Lorenz famously targeted popular online account Libs of TikTok for destruction, but her hit piece backfired.

Libs of TikTok, which mainly reposts public videos of unhinged leftists in their own words, grew in popularity after Lorenz exposed her identity.

Mark Zuckerberg creating new rules?

After years of calling for censorship, journalist Lorenz is furious at a new online policy.

Meta—parent company of Facebook, Instagram, and Threads—announced that it would be limiting algorithmic exposure of political content.

Users still have the choice to “opt-in” to politics if they want.

Conservatives, libertarians, and a handful of counter-narrative leftists have been getting censored for years while people like Lorenz served as cheerleaders.

But now that their establishment narrative is being dulled, at least on the surface, they are freaking out.

The left-wing outrage mob absolutely hates it when they have to eat their own words.

Lorenz wrote a piece in The Washington Post about Facebook’s decision, and she fell back on the classic left-wing technique of offering up “marginalized” groups as a shield.

She wrote, “The decision has alarmed users who post about social issues, including LGBTQ rights, women’s rights, racial inequality and disability. And independent journalists and content creators say they’ve struggled to reach their audiences in recent weeks since the change was rolled out. The limits, they say, have significantly affected creators who are Black, female, disabled and LGBTQ.”

Leftists always hide behind identity groups for moral cover because they think they can get away with it. 

Letter to Meta

Lorenz signed onto a letter with dozens of other left-wing content creators dismayed at Meta’s decision.

They wrote, “As users of Meta’s platforms, we did not choose to automatically opt-out of receiving suggested political content on civic activism and news updates. . .Removing political recommendations as a default setting, and consequently stopping people from seeing suggested political content poses a serious threat to political engagement, education, and activism.”

So communities are being “threat[ened]” if they are not automatically spoon-fed left-wing political content.

These are the same people that have called for right-wing content to be shut down for years because it foments “hate” and “misinformation” and “disinformation.”

Their hypocrisy is on display for the whole word to see. 

The Left are twisting themselves in knots to explain why censoring the Right is good, but censoring the Left is bad.

The common saying that if it wasn’t for double standards the left would have no standards at all comes to mind. 

So far, their justifications have fallen flat.

Perhaps they should be more careful of what they wish for.
