The corporate-controlled press is an absolute joke.

Republicans get savaged by the media while Democrats get handled with kid gloves.

And a far-left Congresswoman went full Looney Tunes in one jaw-dropping interview.

Representative Cori Bush (D-MO) is one of the most far-left members of Congress.

She became an honorary member of the informal Congressional radical caucus known as The Squad.

Bush is currently doing press for her new book, and she sat down with PBS host Margaret Hoover, the liberal establishment Republican who’s allowed to work at the taxpayer-funded, left-wing outlet.

Bush’s amazing powers

During the interview, Bush claimed that she instantly healed a homeless woman’s tumors on the street.

Bush said, “At that time, I, along with a group of friends, we would go out on the street and just meet with people, pray with people and offer them food. . .And this [homeless] lady came to us, and she had these tumors, and she wanted us to like, feel them. . .I just remember I put my hand on her, my hand just began to move. . .And the lumps that were there were no longer there. She was so happy, and she went on about her day. I never saw her again.”

Hoover offered zero pushback on the claim.

Media corruption

As conservative commentator Richard Hanania pointed out, if Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) had made a similar claim, the interviewer would have taken her to task and peppered her with follow-up questions.

Instead, the Democrat-controlled media have not laid a finger on the story.

They simply refuse to cover it.

Bush wrote about the story in her autobiography, The Forerunner: A Story of Pain and Perseverance in America.

Bush wrote, “One of the tumors was particularly painful to her. . .I laid hands on her and prayed, and I felt that my hand was no longer touching a tumor. It shrank along with the others on her body.”

Even people who believe in the power of prayer do not contend that tumors instantaneously shrink.

Not a single Republican in Congress could get away with telling a story like that to a so-called mainstream reporter.

The New York Post reported that Bush “also claimed to have helped a toddler with a brain bleed walk at a prayer service in St. Louis — even though the girl had never taken a step in her life.”

Bush wrote, “I carried the child from the prayer room in the back of the church out into the sanctuary . . . ‘Walk,’ I said gently to the three-year-old girl, ‘You will walk.’ And this girl took her first step. . .Then another, and another. She walked.”

Again, if Congresswoman Greene made these statements, it would be a national scandal for at least a week.

Bush also told Hoover, “If I can speak a prayer, and I can believe what I believe, and you believe that this will help you, then why not offer that to people? . . . Because I know prayer has helped me.”

Bush felt comfortable sitting down with Hoover because she knew it would be a softball interview.

But Democrats want people to believe that media bias can only be found on Fox News.

Joe Biden is getting desperate.

That’s why he finally challenged Donald Trump to a debate.

And a CNN host was near tears when one Trump spokeswoman told the truth about the rigged debate.

Democrats and their media allies arrogantly predicted that Joe Biden would not step on the debate stage with Donald Trump because he was an “insurrectionist.”

But Biden has consistently trailed in the polls, so he had no choice but to challenge Trump to two debates.

The first is tonight and will be moderated by CNN hosts Jake Tapper and Dana Bash.

Everybody knows the debate will be stacked against Trump, but CNN is desperately attempting to present it as objective.

However, Tapper’s past statements where he compared Trump to Hitler illustrated that he obviously cannot be impartial.

Trump spokeswoman torches CNN host

Trump spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt appeared on CNN and clashed with host Kasie Hunt over that exact issue.

Leavitt pointed out that CNN would be biased and Hunt kicked her off the air.

The spokeswoman said, “That’s why President Trump is knowingly going into a hostile environment on this very network, on CNN, with debate moderators who have made their opinions about him very well known over the past eight years. And their biased coverage of him.”

That is not even remotely a controversial statement.

Tapper and Bash hold Trump in utter contempt.

Hunt responded, “So I‘ll just say my colleagues, Jake Tapper and Dana Bash, have acquitted themselves as professionals as they have covered campaigns and interviewed candidates from all sides of the aisle. I‘ll also say that if you talk to analysts of previous debates, that if you’re attacking the moderators, you’re usually losing.”

Leavitt did not back down, which spurred Hunt to threaten to end the interview.

Hunt said, “Ma’am, I’m going to stop this interview if you’re going to continue to attack my colleagues. . .I would like to talk about Joe Biden and Donald Trump, whom you work for,” Hunt said. When Leavitt continued, Hunt signaled to cut her off.”

Leavitt persisted, and Hunt pulled the plug, getting very emotional in the process.

Hunt said, “I’m sorry, guys, we’re going to come back out to the panel. . .Karoline, thank you very much for your time. You are welcome to come back at any point. She is welcome to come back and speak about Donald Trump, and Donald Trump will have equal time to Joe Biden when they both join us later this week in Atlanta for this debate.”

Bias Exposed

Hosts for Democrat-controlled media outlets present themselves as objective journalists, but everyone knows that they are in the bag for the Democrats.

The landscape on Hunt’s Twitter account is a picture of her smiling and shaking hands with Biden, but audiences are supposed to believe she is a down-the-line news anchor.

When Hunt was employed by MSNBC, she also laughed at the news of Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) getting his ribs broken in an assault by a neighbor.

Hunt responded on Twitter, and she was ratioed, i.e. more replies than likes and retweets combined.

The lies of the corporate-controlled media are quickly losing effectiveness.

The reality of a second Donald Trump term is setting in for the Democrats.

That’s why they are ratcheting up the fear-mongering.

And one late-night comedian made a truly unhinged comparison in his latest Trump rant.

For some reason, British comedian John Oliver was imported and given an HBO show to rag on America nonstop.

In his latest foul-mouthed rant, Oliver compared Donald Trump to segregationist Democrat George Wallace.

Democrats freaking out over Trump’s plan for a second term

Oliver’s anger was over Trump’s Project 2025, which is a plan to clean out the administrative state of partisans that cannot be fired.

Oliver said on his show, “I do get that ‘Trump unraveling civil service protections’ isn’t the sexiest headline, but it’s also the action that could unlock his ability to do all the incredibly damaging things that he and those involved in Project 2025 have been planning.”

Progressive Era hero Woodrow Wilson, one of the worst and most damaging presidents in American history, wanted to create a fourth branch of government—the administrative state—that would be ruled by “experts.”

That is effectively what we have today.

Even though the administrative state works under the executive branch, it often operates independently of the president.

For example, undercover journalist James O’Keefe caught administrators in the Trump presidency admitting that they slow-walked some of his orders.

That is why the deep state needs to be cleaned out.

Oliver continued, “But the truth is, even if Trump loses, that won’t be the end of this. The people who cooked up Project 2025 will just move on to Project 2029 instead, because for them, this is about so much more than just one election, or indeed, one candidate.”

The Left are already planning to move on from fighting Trump to fighting Trumpism, i.e. anyone who opposes the establishment.

Oliver added, “Project 2025 is born from an impulse as old as America. It’s an impulse that says one class of Americans is entitled to lead, and the rest of us are lucky to be allowed to serve. That thinks there should be a limited government when it comes to rules they have to live by, but also a unitary executive to keep the rest of us in line. These are old, old ideas that have been shouted from podiums by the likes of George Wallace and Pat Buchanan, but have now been placed into a new playbook for an only-too-willing president to use on day one.”

Democrats want one-party rule

Oliver’s analysis makes zero sense.

Democrats would not tolerate Trump loyalists remaining in key positions and undermining the Democrat administration in power.

One of the reasons why it’s so difficult to get anything done in Washington, D.C. is because bureaucrats have been put in permanent positions.

Trump’s own intelligence agencies tried to oust him from office.

Oliver also joked about Supreme Court justices dying.

He said, “And in a perfect world, I’d love if we had an opposing party better able to articulate a strong defense of our country’s ideals, and that also consistently lived up to them. People are entitled to hope for more from the next four years than someone just ‘Not being Trump,’ and for at least two Supreme Court justices to die. I’m not saying which ones I’d prefer, but I think we all have our top two. And for anyone tempted to think, ‘Well, we survived Trump’s first term,’ first not everyone did.”

The Left is terrified that Trump might have a term where he is not knee-capped by his executive branch.

Oliver admitted as much.

He concluded, “And it should hopefully be clear by now, a second Trump term really promises to be far, far worse. Because if Trump’s first term was defined by chaos, his second could be defined by ruthless efficiency.”

Permanent Washington wants Americans to choose between two pre-approved candidates.

The 2016 choice was supposed to be between Hillary Clinton and Jeb Bush.

Trump crashed the party, and the establishment has been trying to destroy him ever since.
