Joe Biden and the Democrats have resorted to censorship because their policies are a failure.

That’s why the Left have been so eager to crack down on free speech.

And Biden’s Ministry of Truth czar revealed the hilarious reason the department went down in flames.

The Biden administration was forced to put the Orwellian Disinformation Governance Board on pause after a deluge of backlash, even from some people on the Left.

The DGB, which was under the scope of the Department of Homeland Security, claimed that it was only attempting to curtail disinformation spread from bad foreign actors like drug cartels, but nobody bought that excuse.

Nina Jankowicz, the short-lived head of the DGB, resigned her post, and complained about it to the corporate press.

During an interview with Lauren Coates on CNN, Jankowicz ironically blamed the failure of the DGB on disinformation.

Jankowicz explained that “unfortunately and ironically we were undone exactly by a disinformation camdpaign coming from folks who apparently want to put our national security behind their own personal political ambitions.”

The federal government, particularly the Biden administration, has zero credibility when it comes to a project like this.

In 2020, Jankowicz herself said that she wouldn’t want the Executive Branch to have the power to determine what constitutes “fake news.”

Jankowicz added, “I understand Americans’ concerns about the idea of government getting involved in policing speech. But the good news is the board had nothing to do with policing speech. The idea was that the board was going to be an internal coordinating mechanism making sure that DHS subcomponents, things like CBP, customs and border patrol, FEMA, which deals with natural disasters, all these components within DHS were equipped with the tools they needed to continue the work to fight disinformation that they’ve been doing for more than a decade already. This absolutely could and should have been communicated better. I wanted it to be communicated better. But the reality is that the type of disinformation that DHS is charged with combatting or addressing is stuff that keeps Americans safe and secure.”

That is an absurd defense.

DHS does not need to create an entirely new department to combat “disinformation,” which has become a catch-all justification for censorship.

And the government is notorious for mission creep.

Even if Jankowicz’s words could be taken at face value, which they cannot, it would take about five minutes for the DGB to expand its role in tackling so-called disinformation.

The bottom line is that the Biden administration thought it would police speech, and it found out the hard way that the American people were not up for it.

Even a broken watch is right twice a day. 

Journalists—well, that’s a different story. 

In what can only be described as a Freudian Slip, this one journalist actually told the truth.

Kamala Harris never wanted to be number two. 

And it seems likely Joe Biden wasn’t exactly pumped to put her on his team—no matter how much he tried to use his acting skills to make us believe otherwise. 

Harris has failed at about everything Biden has sent her out to handle, including the border and international diplomatic trips. 

A new book hot off the press recalls a moment when even GOP Senators were stunned when Biden cut Harris off rudely, refusing to let her help with the negotiation process when he was pushing his Build Back Better legislation.

So, a reporter was more accurate than she meant to be when whipping up an article about Harris’s positive COVID test.

“Harris tests positive for COVID-19;” the headline read, “VP isn’t considered close contact to Biden.”

Yep, we definitely figured out she’s not close to Biden.

Inside the article the reporter noted that Harris wasn’t close to Jill Biden either. 

We will buy that one for sure. 

Fox News recently got a chance to take a sneak peek at This Will Not Pass: Trump, Biden, and the Battle for America’s Future by Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns. 

“There are millions of people in the United States. Why do we have to choose the one who attacked Joe,” Jill Biden is quoted as saying about the decision to pick Harris as her husband’s running mate. 

But political operator and current White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain claimed the move would help Biden’s chances. 

“Choosing Harris will show people that you are magnanimous and forgiving,” Klain is quoted as telling Biden. “It will show the country just what a unifying leader you can be.”

Based on the complete train wreck the Biden/Harris administration has turned out to be, it seems likely he’s more annoyed than forgiving. 

And it has to be exponentially worse for Jill Biden who isn’t dealing with the dementia that has her husband wondering where he is—and who he is—half the time. 

But for now, they can both enjoy an official excuse to stay far away from each other.

The media/social media blackout likely propelled Joe Biden to the White House.

A survey conducted by the Media Research Center showed that 17% of Biden voters in swing states would not have voted for him had they known about his scandals; that difference was enough to sway the election in Biden’s favor.

Lost in that gross media malfeasance was the carnage inflicted on the computer repairman who worked on Hunter Biden’s laptop and turned it over to the FBI.

He was mercilessly harassed by journalists, politicians, the government, and random Democratic partisans.

But repair shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac is fighting back and making sure that the press doesn’t get away with what it did to him.

Mac Isaac filed a lawsuit against Congressman Adam Schiff, CNN, The Daily Beast, and Politico for pushing the lie that he peddled Russian disinformation.

Mac Isaac wrote in a statement, “After fighting to reveal the truth, all I want now is for the rest of the country to know that there was a collective and orchestrated effort by social and mainstream media to block a real story with real consequences for the nation…This was collusion led by 51 former pillars in the intelligence community and backed by words and actions of a politically motivated DOJ and FBI…I want this lawsuit to reveal that collusion and more importantly, who gave the marching orders.”

The FBI leaked like a sieve during the Trump administration; deep state actors were clearly attempting to undermine Donald Trump’s presidency.

Despite the myriad leaks, the conspicuous piece of information that never came out at the time of the “laptop from hell” scandal was that the FBI had been investigating Hunter Biden.

If the shoe were on the other foot and Donald Trump Jr. were in the blender, the leak would have made it to every single corporate press outlet.

Mac Isaac’s lawsuit shows that more and more people have caught onto the dirty tricks of the Democrat Media Complex.

Hopefully, he can make the media pay for the lies they told about him.
