Donald Trump and his allies become more upset at Fox News by the day.
The President watches in real-time as the network turns on him.
And this Fox News host is in hot water over one claim about voter fraud.
On Sunday’s edition of Media Buzz, Fox and Friends weekend co-host Jedidiah Bila attacked Republican Senators planning to object to the results of the Electoral College as “outrageous” and defended the Fake News Media for offering critical coverage of their maneuver.
“You know, I don’t think it’s widespread support, to be honest I actually find it really outrageous. And the reason is that if you look at what’s gone on here, I think the media has actually been pretty fair, particularly the news divisions,” Bila told host Howard Kurtz.
Bila continued ranting and raving claiming the President’s claims of voter fraud were untrue and unproven.
“This has gone through the courts. Sixty cases have been brought to the courts, oftentimes widespread voter fraud has not even been alleged in court because there simply isn’t evidence to support that. If you look at the evidence that has been shown, it does not support that. There’s nothing that supports that this was rigged or stolen. And I think it’s a very dangerous precedent. Elections have consequences that I think you have to accept,” Bila added.
Bila claimed she was not stating an opinion, but a simple fact that courts rejected the President’s claims of mass voter fraud.
“It’s not just me saying that. That’s what the evidence supports, that this was a secure election. You don’t want people to feel that they can just say on a whim, ‘Well, it wasn’t secure,’ based on really nothing and try to overturn the will of the people,” Bila added.
Since the election Fox News lost nearly 40 percent of its audience as viewers became disgusted with the network’s anti-Trump pivot.
Bila sounding like a Democrat in attacking Republican Senators for exercising a Constitutional right will only drive more Fox News viewers away.
