So-called mainstream media outlets do the bidding of the Democratic establishment.

Now the Washington Post is pumping one insane Biden plan for California.

The Democrats’ legislative supermajority in California has led to dire consequences for the state.

Radical leftists have been allowed to cram through several proposals, which have contributed to hundreds of thousands of Californians fleeing the state for Texas, Florida, and Tennessee.

Meanwhile, California continues to double down on the policies.

Governor Gavin Newsom, who does nothing but pander to the hard Left in his state, is intent on lighting the California economy on fire with radical environmentalism, and Joe Biden is going to help him.

Biden’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is loosening regulations that will allow California to impose crackdowns on diesel trucks in the state.

The Washington Post served as cheerleaders for the move.

The Post reported that the EPA “intends to grant California ‘waivers’ to enforce environmental rules that are significantly tougher than federal requirements and that state regulators have already approved, said these individuals, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the announcement was not yet public…Heavy-duty trucks account for nearly a third of the state’s smog-forming nitrogen oxide and more than a quarter of its fine particle pollution from diesel fuel.”

Biden and the Democrats are eager to usher in the “green” revolution.

And they don’t seem bothered by the massive deficits in technology and infrastructure standing in their way.

Matt Petersen of the nonprofit Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator said, “This is a critical market signal…Goods movement is a huge part of our economy here … yet it’s the single largest source of air pollution between the trucks and trains and ships…Now we need to get the charging infrastructure in place, we need to get the trucks on the road, and we need to get the domestic supply chain in place.”

However, the production of electric vehicles (EVs) creates a massive carbon footprint.

Also, more EVs equals more strain on the electrical grid, which is powered by fossil fuels.

All of that suggests that “green” activists have set overly-optimistic, if not impossible, goals and the economy will suffer as a result.

The market for EVs is not robust, which means that the government has to artificially create a market.

That is going to have downstream economic effects.

As an MSNBC talking head, Joe Scarborough is a long way from being a Congressman from Florida, elected as a Republican, as he once could claim.

Now he’s getting inadvertently savaged by other left-wing media outlets.

Because the Washington Post just accidentally torched Scarborough’s credibility.

The Democrats and their media allies ignored the train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio for weeks.

As a mushroom cloud of smoke loomed over the city and chemicals were set on fire, the so-called mainstream media could not be bothered with the story.

When they finally decided to pay attention, their message was that Donald Trump and Republicans were to blame.

The corporate-controlled press ran with this narrative even before the facts were known.

MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough claimed on his Morning Joe show, “They [Republicans] deregulated it. This is on them.”

He just knew the Trump administration was responsible without evidence.

Now that the evidence is out, Scarborough and other Democrats will not apologize.

Washington Post fact-checker Glenn Kessler, who by no means a right-winger, wrote a piece titled, “So far, Trump’s rollback of regulations can’t be blamed for Ohio train wreck.”

The Democrats have been desperate for narrative to hang the derailment around Trump’s neck, but they couldn’t find one.

Kessler wrote, “A preliminary report by the National Transportation Safety Board, which is investigating the incident, said the Norfolk Southern crew received an alert about an overheated wheel bearing and was trying to slow the train before it came off the tracks. From our analysis, none of the regulatory changes made during the Trump administration at this point can be cited as contributing to the accident.”

One of the talking points from the Left was that Trump removed an Obama-era regulation that required at least two-man crews for trains.

The Trump regulation only required one.

But as Kessler pointed out, “The 149-car train that derailed had two crew members plus a trainee on board.”

The Left tried to claim that regulation regarding the train’s brakes was the cause.

Another claim was that Trump regulations did not call for electronically controlled pneumatic (ECP) brakes, but those brakes would not have even applied to the freight on this particular train.

NTSB chair Jennifer Homendy wrote on Twitter, “The ECP braking rule would’ve applied ONLY to HIGH HAZARD FLAMMABLE TRAINS. The train that derailed in East Palestine was a MIXED FREIGHT TRAIN containing only 3 placarded Class 3 flammable liquids cars. This means even if the rule had gone into effect, this train wouldn’t have had ECP brakes.”

Kessler’s list was exhaustive, but the Democrats will likely ignore it.

They will continue to point the finger at Trump and hope that enough of their low-information voters will buy the narrative.

Democrats and the corporate-controlled media move in lockstep.

Their narrative synchronization is clear as day.

And The Washington Post responded to a monumental Supreme Court decision with a disturbing message.

The entire Left has been activated in light of the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

On the street level, protesters form mobs outside the homes of conservative Justices while radical left-wing domestic terrorists firebomb churches and crisis pregnancy centers.

At the legislative level, lawyers are pushing to codify Roe into federal law in order to supersede all state laws addressing the issue.

And at the narrative-shaping level, the so-called “mainstream” media are framing the Democrat position as righteous and enlightened, and the Republican position as benighted and “catastrophic.”

That’s the word that The Washington Post used to describe Republican-led states fighting against pharmaceutical abortions.

The Post ran a headline that read, “Fears mount around ‘catastrophic’ abortion pills case as decision nears.”

Of course, it’s not catastrophic for the babies who get to live.

The leftist hand-wringing is over a lawsuit in Texas which seeks to lift the federal government’s approval of the two-step chemical abortion process that entails taking mifepristone and misoprostol – over 50% of abortions are induced chemically.

“It’s hard to really comprehend the full and terrible impact if what the plaintiffs have asked for in that case is actually granted,” The Center for Reproductive Rights’ Liz Wagner told HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra. “It would be catastrophic.”

To show how in sync Democrats are with their lapdog media allies, immediately after Roe was overturned, Attorney General Merrick Garland wasted no time rebuking the Court’s ruling.

“The Justice Department strongly disagrees with the court’s decision,” Garland wrote in a statement. “This decision deals a devastating blow to reproductive freedom in the United States.”

“It is a right that women have relied on, and are continuing to rely on,” he continued. “If precedent means anything, it means that we continue to honor rights that a series of Supreme Courts, even with different members, have continued to uphold.”

He also encouraged women to seek chemical abortions in Republican-led states, claiming that “states may not ban Mifepristone based on disagreement with the F.D.A.’s expert judgment about its safety and efficacy.”

The Washington Post and pro-abortion activists are concerned that abortion drugs could lose their federal protection, which would make them illegal in many pro-life states.

Hopefully, conservatives now understand how difficult it will be to beat back the Left on the issue of abortion, which they regard as a sacrament.
