The New York Times amps up lies about the Republican “fringe”

Published

on

Leftists are desperate to paint their radical agenda as mainstream.

Their main strategy is to paint anyone with common sense as an extremist.

And now The New York Times has amped up their lies about the Republican “fringe.”

A recent hit piece in The New York Times paints House Republican leader Kevin McCarthy as a politician controlled by “extremists in his camp.”

Their favored illustration?

McCarthy’s endorsement of RINO Representative Liz Cheney’s primary opponent.

“Mr. McCarthy did what the fringe wanted: He endorsed the woman running in Wyoming’s Republican primary to oust the far right’s archnemesis, Representative Liz Cheney, former member of his leadership team who has earned pariah status in her party by speaking out against former President Donald J. Trump and the deadly attack on the Capitol that he helped inspire with lies of a stolen election,” The New York Times wrote.

So much for “All the News That’s Fit to Print.”

The idea that only the “fringe” don’t like Liz Cheney is an outright lie – the majority of Americans are fed up with the daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney.

According to Statistica, an October poll showed that 41% of all Americans don’t really like her, 14% can tolerate her, and a mere 7% actually like her.

A blissful 32% don’t have an opinion on her at all – which means they probably don’t even know who she is or why they should care.

Liz Cheney, who has said “I reject the crazies,” is nearly three times more popular among Democrats than Republicans.

Back in May, only 15% of Republican and Republican-leaning voters viewed her “favorably” while 42 percent of Democratic and Democratic-leaning voters gave her a thumbs up.

She’s had nine more months since that poll was conducted by Morning Consult to irritate the living daylights out of Republicans through her work on the January 6 committee.

In the conservative state of Wyoming – which she’s supposed to represent – voters are unlikely to even consider keeping on the Never-Trumper after a year when America has been subjected to the destructive policies of Joe Biden.

It seems Cheney has burned bridges with her electorate in a dogged attempt to be one of the cool kids in Washington, D.C.

Rancher Harriet Hageman is likely to trounce Cheney in the upcoming primary regardless of McCarthy’s endorsement.

In fact, the grain of truth in The New York Times’ article centers around the fact that McCarthy – like any Republican in leadership – needs to watch his step to make sure he remains relevant within his own party.

As radical leftists have gained control, those who have built a career on being in the so-called “center” are now in all kinds of trouble as Republicans today are somewhere left of JFK.

Most voters in small town Wyoming are fully aware of exactly how much ground they’ve lost – a fact The New York Times seems incapable of understanding.

The New York Times finally admitted a massive secret the Left has ignored for years

Published

on

The COVID regime showed the effects of the federal government’s corrupt “public health” sector.

But that isn’t the only problem in the medical field today.

And The New York Times finally admitted a massive secret the Left has ignored for years.

Many physicians and psychologists attempted to warn everyone that lockdowns and mask mandates would lead to irreparable damage to early childhood development.

But there’s another major problem that has been ailing children far longer than any effects from COVID mandates – overmedication.

And The New York Times finally admitted as much in a piece titled, “This Teen Was Prescribed 10 Psychiatric Drugs,” in which they admitted, “Increasingly, anxious and depressed teens are using multiple, powerful psychiatric drugs, many of them untested in adolescents or for use in tandem.”

The discussion on children’s mental health and the overmedication of psychotropic drugs has largely been tamped down.

One potential reason is that accepting mental health as a genuine crisis undercuts the Left’s narrative about mass shooters.

They, of course, want to blame guns and “right-wing extremism” instead of the umpteen drugs the shooter was taking.

Another reason is that Big Pharma is a behemoth many politicians, who receive millions in campaign contributions from Big Pharma, are unwilling to take on.

There has hardly been any reckoning on the opioid epidemic or all the lies told by drug manufacturers about the addictiveness of their drugs.

In the piece, Lisa Cosgrove, a clinical psychologist at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, admitted that young Americans today are simply “a generation of guinea pigs.”

“You can very cogently argue that we don’t have evidence about what it means to be on multiple psychotropic medications,” Cosgrove admitted. “This is a generation of guinea pigs.”

It’s a bone-chilling statement to hear that kids are effectively being used as “guinea pigs.”

But that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

The problem is even more pronounced in younger generations, thanks to the transgender psychosis that has rampaged through the Left.

“As antidepressant use in children has skyrocketed, so has suicide,” New York Post’s Karol Markowicz wrote. “Suicide rates for those aged 10 to 24 rose 60% from 2007 to 2018, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports, and climbed even higher during the pandemic. This isn’t a tenuous link.”

“In 2005, the Food and Drug Administration added a ‘black box’ warning that antidepressants can cause suicide,” Markowicz continued. “Two years later it updated the warning specifically to include children and adolescents.”

The Times and other left-wing extremists are late to the party, as conservatives have been sounding the alarm on this issue for years.

“Conservatives have been saying this for years,” Markowicz added. “In fact, just last month when Tucker Carlson argued SSRIs, or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, a type of antidepressant, are being overprescribed, the headlines attacked him. ‘Why The Far Right Is Going After Antidepressants,’ screeched The Huffington Post while Rolling Stone squalled, ‘The Far Right’s Next Target for a Bulls–t Moral Panic.’ Looks like The New York Times is far right now.”

It’s absurd that anyone who raises concerns about anything the establishment doesn’t like is labeled “far right.”

The New York Times just hired this Fake News hack to discredit and slander conservatives

Published

on

The Left has control of the overwhelming majority of the corporate-controlled media.

But that isn’t enough for them – they want to shut down any dissenting views.

And The New York Times just hired this Fake News hack to discredit and slander conservatives.

The New York Times has announced the hiring of Ken Bensinger, a former reporter at the left-wing rag and near-bankrupt dumpster fire Buzzfeed, to “cover right-wing media.”

If you’re not familiar with his work – why would you be? – Bensinger was the lead reporter on the Buzzfeed report that first introduced the now totally discredited Steele Dossier entitled, “These Reports Allege Trump Has Deep Ties To Russia.”

The Steele Dossier was later proven to be the work of the Hillary Clinton campaign, who pushed the completely fabricated information on law enforcement and the Fake News Media as if it were an actual “intelligence report,” allowing both to run with the “Russian collusion” hoax in an attempt to take down Donald Trump.

Bensinger never reported any follow-up stories to his discredited propaganda.

In announcing the hire, The Times highlighted Bensinger’s work on various topics like campaign finance, “political disinformation,” and the “Oath Keepers” finances.

But The Times completely left out his work on the Steele Dossier, which was arguably the biggest project of his career.

Breitbart News reached out to New York Times politics editor David Halbfinger, who wrote the article announcing Bensinger’s hire to ask why they omitted his work on the Steele Dossier, but received no response.

Donald Trump Jr., who found himself at the center of the fake “Russia collusion” investigation, told Breitbart News the hire represents The Times‘ refusal to correct course after it spent the duration of the Trump administration peddling the “Russian collusion” hoax and a myriad of other attack pieces scant on facts.

“This is just another example of The New York Times making clear that they have zero interest in covering conservatives fairly,” Trump told Breitbart News. “Unfortunately, the former ‘paper of record,’ is more interested in hiring radical left-wing activists who act like rapid response staffers for the Democrat National Committee, than actual unbiased journalists.”

It would certainly seem that The New York Times has hired this hack for the sole purpose of smearing conservative media, and are outright lying in order to do so.

As if the failing New York Times wasn’t already bad enough.

Paul Krugman said something so outrageous about Black Lives Matter your eyes will roll out of your head

Published

on

The so-called mainstream media have incinerated their credibility.

They can no longer rein in the radicalism of the extremist Left.

Now, Paul Krugman said something so outrageous about Black Lives Matter your eyes will roll out of your head.

Democrats are attempting to gaslight the American people.

Democrats and their corporate-controlled media allies want everyone to believe that it’s the Right that has gone crazy, not the Left.

And New York Times “economist” Paul Krugman wrote a mind-numbing defense of the Left’s extremism.

“How many Republicans believe that President Biden and other leading Democrats are left-wing radicals, indeed Marxists?” Krugman randomly asked. “Relatedly, I’d like to know how many Republicans believe that Black Lives Matter demonstrators looted and burned large parts of America’s major cities.”

First, Krugman is playing a game with the qualifier “leading” Democrats.

That allows him to weasel out of defending open Democratic Socialists like Senator Bernie Sanders, The Squad — Congresswomen Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rashida Tlaib (R-MI), and Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), — Congressman Jamaal Bowman (D-NY), and Congressman Mondaire Jones (D-NY) to name a few.

Being closely affiliated with the Democratic Socialists of America certainly makes them definitionally “Marxist.”

Also, the co-founders of Black Lives Matter self-identify as “trained Marxists.”

And on the issue of BLM, Krugman threw in “large parts” of major cities to get around the months of carnage Americans witnessed in the summer of 2020.

The entire nation saw the “fiery but mostly peaceful” rioting and looting that took place in Democrat-controlled cities firsthand.

“The protests were, in fact, overwhelmingly peaceful,” Krugman claimed. “Yes, there was some arson and looting, with total property damage typically estimated at $1 billion to $2 billion. That may sound like a lot, but America is a big country, so it needs to be put in perspective.”

This is a jaw-dropping justification for the damage that was incurred.

Worse yet, it’s not even close to being accurate.

Those are just the insurance claims that were filed, as many small businesses were uninsured or only partially insured.

The actual damage was significantly higher, and Krugman ignores the economic impact of businesses being closed temporarily, or even permanently thanks to left-wing outrage mobs.

Parts of some inner cities still have not recovered from the 1960s riots.

Krugman gets paid handsomely by The New York Times to be perpetually wrong about the economy.

Most recently, he was forced to pen a piece in which he admitted “I was wrong about inflation.”

Now, he’s extending his wrongness to the culture at-large.

This is why the American people have lost so much trust in the corporate-controlled media.

They are clearly lying in order to defend the Democrat establishment.
