The Kamala Harris train derailed after one humiliating video circulated

Joe Biden’s Presidential campaign went up in smoke after his horrifying debate performance.

Some Democrats are already turning to Vice President Kamala Harris.

But the Kamala Harris train derailed after one humiliating video circulated.

The role of Vice President is often a thankless job.

Vice Presidents tend to be at their best when they are quiet and not making headlines.

But Kamala Harris has routinely made news for all the wrong reasons.

She is noticeably bad at her job, which does not require a lot.

Least articulate Presidential ticket ever

Joe Biden is nearly 82 years old and has dementia.

People can understand why he is a poor public speaker.

However, Harris has no excuse.

And her verbal incoherence was put on display in a cringeworthy four-minute montage where she continually repeated the cheesy catch phrase: “what can be, unburdened by what has been.”

Kudos to anyone who was able to watch the entire four minutes without convulsing.

Harris has proven herself to be a lightweight with no substance over and over again.

During an appearance on the Morning Hustle radio program, the host asked if Harris could explain the war in Ukraine “in layman’s terms for people who don’t understand what’s going on and how can this directly affect the people of the United States?”

Harris spoke as if she were addressing a classroom of third-graders.

The Vice President said, “So Ukraine is a country in Europe. It exists next to another country called Russia. Russia is a bigger country. Russia is a powerful country. Russia decided to invade a smaller country called Ukraine. So, basically, that’s wrong, and it goes against everything that we stand for.”

The host said “layman’s terms,” not children’s terms.

She obviously wasn’t going to tell the truth and talk about NATO expansion and years of provocation, but she could have at least given the establishment talking point that Vladimir Putin was trying to reconstitute the Russian Empire or some such nonsense.

All of this was foreseeable

Establishment Republican George Will, who supported Biden in 2020, wrote in The Washington Post that Harris needed to be replaced back in 2022.

His fear was that Biden was unlikely to be able to get through a second term, and he needed a Vice President who could instill confidence.

Despite his Trump Derangement Syndrome, Will gets credit for correctly diagnosing the Democrats’ conundrum.

Will wrote in 2022, “Transcripts of [Harris’] verbal meanderings cannot convey their eerie strangeness. Videos of them should be watched. Meanwhile, here are her Proustian thoughts about broadband in Louisiana: ‘The governor and I and we were all doing a tour of the library here and talking about the significance of the passage of time. Right? The significance of the passage of time. So, when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time in terms of what we need to do to lay these wires, what we need to do to create these jobs. And there is such great significance to the passage of time when we think about a day in the life of our children.’”

Will added, “Enough. She sounds, as a critic has said, like someone giving a book report on a book she has not read. Her style betrays a self-satisfied exaggeration of her aptitudes. Lacking natural talent, she needs to prepare, but evidently doesn’t. Complacency and arrogance make a ruinous compound.”

For campaign finance reasons, the Democrats are likely stuck with Harris.
