Joy Behar of The View may be the most vindictive anti-Trump figure on all of television.
Anybody who supports the President is her sworn enemy.
But now Rush Limbaugh could sue her after she accused him of something sick.
The Left seems to think they can get away with anything in their anti-Trump crusade.
But there are laws in this country, one of which prevents people from defaming somebody with false information.
Since the beginning of Trump’s presidency, these laws have been used to rein in the Left when they have spread fake news to harm supporters of President Trump on multiple occasions.
Most famously, it was used by the Covington Catholic School kids after networks like CNN tried to paint them as vicious racists.
And now Rush Limbaugh has the opportunity to go after Joy Behar after what she claimed about him.
During a recent broadcast, Behar talked about the ongoing protests against state-level lockdowns in response to coronavirus.
These protests are a way for many Americans to express their grievances, and are protected by the First Amendment.
But to Behar and her leftist cohorts, they are an insidious attempt to spread hate, along with the virus.
It is their right to believe those falsehoods, but in a recent airing of The View, she took it too far, alleging that those protesting are terrorists egged on by people like Rush Limbaugh and Infowars host Alex Jones.
She points to the people who carry guns at these protests.
The disdain for the First Amendment she has appears to extend to the Second Amendment considering she referred to those lawfully carrying guns as “terrorists.”
“These people are being egged on by right wing media. People like Alex Jones and Rush Limbaugh,” Behar began her rant before dropping the terrorism allegation:
“And why are you bringing guns to a rally? You want to call yourself protesters, leave your guns home. Those are terrorists who bring guns to things. To rallies. I don’t trust that at all. And don’t listen to these people,” she finished.
Terrorism is a federal crime, and the idea of people carrying guns being terrorists isn’t just ridiculous, but an attempt to defame those people.
And when she brought up Rush Limbaugh and Alex Jones, who are supporters of these events, and at least in Jones’ case, an organizer of one event, she appears to be unlawfully defaming them as encouraging terrorism.
If either Limbaugh or Jones were to attempt a defamation case in court, it seems they have a case.
Do you think Rush Limbaugh and Alex Jones should sue Joy Behar?

Rush Limbaugh took one alarming step that had everyone thinking it was over
The last 96 hours of American life felt like a whirlwind.
President Trump faced a swift and painful attack on nearly every front as the American Left and all its corporate allies ganged up on him.
And now Rush Limbaugh took one alarming step that had everyone thinking it was over.
On Friday, Twitter permanently banned President Trump falsely claiming that President Trump’s Tweets that he loved his supporters and would not attend Joe Biden’s inauguration were inciting more violence.
“After close review of recent Tweets from the @realDonaldTrump account and the context around them we have permanently suspended the account due to the risk of further incitement of violence,” Twitter wrote in a statement.
Shortly after Twitter nuked President Trump’s account Rush Limbaugh’s Twitter handle deactivated.
Conservatives feared the worst that Twitter was launching a coordinated campaign to not just censor President Trump, but the entire conservative movement.
And while that campaign is underway, Twitter did not ban Rush Limbaugh.
Twitter confirmed to USA Today that Limbaugh deactivated the account on his own.
USA Today reports:
Radio host Rush Limbaugh’s Twitter account has been deactivated.
Twitter confirmed to USA TODAY that the account wasn’t suspended but “deactivated by the owner.”
“After close review of recent Tweets from the @realDonaldTrump account and the context around them we have permanently suspended the account due to the risk of further incitement of violence.”
The exercise of raw power by Silicon Valley Friday in censoring President Trump was one of the most alarming events in recent history.
Google, Facebook, and Twitter all demonstrated that three liberal billionaire CEOs out in California have more power than the man that commands the most powerful military in human history.
Now it appears that Rush Limbaugh quit Twitter in protest.
Pants on Fire News will keep you up-to-date on any new developments in this ongoing story.
Millions of liberals are crying after Rush Limbaugh uttered one sentence
Rush Limbaugh is an American treasure.
He truly is the voice of Middle America, which infuriates the left more than anything.
And millions of liberals are crying after Rush Limbaugh said just one sentence.
For decades, Rush Limbaugh has been pushing the ideas that elected President Donald Trump in the first place.
He is continuing to fight for President Trump, despite what the mainstream media claims about the 2020 election.
And millions of Americans have his back.
On a recent broadcast, he spoke to this point following a question from a caller.
The caller questioned what Trump supporters should do in the future, if it is Joe Biden that is inaugurated in January.
Limbaugh pointed out how the same mainstream media who spent years claiming that Russia rigged the 2016 election are now stating that nobody can question the 2020 election, or point out real evidence of voter fraud.
He declares that the people who voted for Trump aren’t going to listen.
“74-plus million Americans are not gonna shut up, and you tell them that their views don’t matter,” he question of the mainstream media. “You tell them that they’re basically a bunch of kooks?”
Limbaugh continued, “You do not know what you’re creating. You do not know the enemy you are manufacturing. If you think 74 million Americans are gonna just sit around and pretend everything’s okay like they’ve done in the past, you have another thing coming.”
Those Americans who voted for President Trump are most definitely not going to be quiet, and aren’t going to stop fighting.
And if history proves anything, they will win.
In 2010, following the first two years of Barack Obama’s reign, conservatives fought back and through the Tea Party crushed Democrats in the midterm elections.
That movement was formed due to Obama’s socialist policies.
Biden and his cronies already have proven they’re much more extreme than Obama ever was during his eight years in office, and the 2022 election is shaping to be a disaster for Democrats.
That is unless they pull any dirty tricks before the election.
This is a terrifying prospect for Democrats.
Rush Limbaugh continues to prove that the movement that elected Trump will not die with President Trump out of office.
If anything, they will be more motivated through their anger against the establishment
Barack Obama leveled a ridiculous accusation against Rush Limbaugh
Barack Obama continues to make himself the center of attention.
Instead of taking a backseat as other past presidents have done, he’s repeatedly attacked Donald Trump and the Republicans.
Now Obama leveled a ridiculous accusation against Rush Limbaugh.
The big “red pill” moment for most people is the realization that the corporate press repeatedly puts out fake news.
The purpose is to create a false narrative that the Left fully exploits.
One false narrative is that conservative talk radio and Fox News ruined society by spreading propaganda.
The truth is that the Left always accuses others of precisely what they’re doing.
And Barack Obama did exactly that in a recent appearance at an award ceremony.
Obama first explained that he got rust belt support when he initially ran, “I ended up getting enormous support in these pretty conservative, rural, largely white communities when I was a Senator, and that success was repeated when I ran for President in the first race in Iowa.”
Then he blamed Rush Limbaugh and right-wing media for his loss of support, “By my second year in office, I’m not sure if I could make that same connection, because now those same people are filtering me through Fox News and Rush Limbaugh and an entire right-wing or conservative media infrastructure that was characterizing me in a way that suggested I looked down on those folks or had nothing in common with them.”
This is gaslighting of the highest order.
As an Illinois State Senator and a U.S. Senator, Obama first presented himself as a moderate Democrat.
That’s partly how he was able to garner mass appeal.
But Obama also called these midwesterners bitter blue-collar workers who “cling to guns or religion.”
And by his second year in office, he was pushing ObamaCare with the massive lie that people could keep their doctor and insurance plan if they liked it.
As time went on, the radicalism of Obama began to seep out.
He started legislating by executive orders, used the IRS to go after political opponents, spied on journalists, jailed whistleblowers, and presided over an extensive drone bombing campaign across the Middle East.
Obama’s intervention in the economy also led to the slowest economic recovery in U.S. history.
Obama didn’t lose popularity because of Rush Limbaugh.
He lost popularity because of his bad policies and divisive rhetoric.
But Obama and other leftists will have you believe that “right-wing media” is the problem.
