One CNN host lashed out at criticism and instantly regretted it

CNN is in utter collapse.

The network ratings are stuck in the mud without wall-to-wall Orange Man Bad coverage.

One CNN host lashed out at criticism and instantly regretted it.

CNN host Chris Cuomo continues to bury himself in his own stupidity.

His latest gaffe was daring people to prove he wasn’t always truthful in his reporting.

It did not end well for Cuomo.

Many journalists chimed in to nuke Cuomo, including Newsbusters contributor Nicholas Fondacaro:

Sadly for Cuomo, that isn’t even an exhaustive list.

He told his audience that CNN was allowed to view the leaked John Podesta emails, but nobody else could.

But not knowing the law about peaceable assembly was perhaps the most embarrassing.

During the endless Black Lives Matter and Antifa riots, Cuomo said, “Show me where it says that protests are supposed to be polite and peaceful.”

Many online commenters pointed out that the First Amendment is where it says that, which is an embarrassing mistake for a law school graduate to make.

Cuomo also broke quarantine to visit his recently purchased second home in the Hamptons.

In one moment of clarity, Cuomo admitted during a radio interview that he was sick of reporting on nonsense at his job, then he denied ever saying it.

Cuomo is a well paid propagandist.

He should be counting his lucky stars instead of inviting obvious criticism.

CNN closed the book on Chris Cuomo’s scandal with this insane decision

Published

Chris Cuomo found himself in the middle of his brother New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s sexual harassment scandal.

Media critics pounded CNN for tolerating this violation of journalism ethics.

And CNN closed the book on Chris Cuomo’s scandal with this insane decision.

After news stories back in May revealed that Chris Cuomo advised his brother on how to navigate the sexual harassment allegations against him, Cuomo said CNN’s conflict of interest policies prevented him from addressing his brother’s scandals on the air.

But those same conflict of interest guidelines did not stop Cuomo from having his brother on for near nightly interviews last spring when the media wanted to prop up Andrew Cuomo as the hero of the coronavirus so they could use him to attack Donald Trump.

After Andrew Cuomo resigned and Chris Cuomo returned from his vacation, the CNN host addressed the matter on his show.

Cuomo claimed he never tried to discredit the women accusing his brother, that CNN prevented him from speaking about the matter and that he stopped participating in strategy calls with his brother’s advisors once the story broke.

CNN admitted – through its media team propagandists – that the matter was closed.

Left-wing activist Oliver Darcy wrote in the Reliable Sources newsletter that “Chris Cuomo, back from vacation, ended his program Monday night by delivering an honest and heartfelt comment about his ‘brother’s situation.’ Cuomo said the imminent resignation of NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo has been ‘unlike anything’ he could have ‘ever imagined.’ He went on to say that ‘it was a unique situation, being a brother to a politician in a scandal and being part of the media.”

“Cuomo told viewers that he ‘tried to do the right thing’ throughout it all and that he wanted people to ‘know that.’ He concluded by saying that this would be his ‘final word’ on the subject,” Darcy added.

The Washington Post’s far-left media critic Margaret Sullivan said Chris Cuomo deserved a lengthy unpaid suspension for his violation of journalistic ethics.

But since CNN is not a news organization, they won’t abide by any such ethics or punish Cuomo as Darcy’s “matter of fact” write up makes clear.

Chris Cuomo finally came clean about his brother’s scandal and what he said defied belief

Published

Chris Cuomo’s silence on his brother’s sexual harassment scandal attracted scorn across the ideological spectrum.

Even left-wing members of the corporate-controlled media attacked CNN for how they handled Chris Cuomo’s role in Governor Cuomo’s fall from grace.

And now Chris Cuomo finally came clean about his brother’s scandal and what he said defied belief.

On Monday night, Chris Cuomo finally addressed the reports that he advised his brother Andrew Cuomo on how to deal with the sexual harassment allegations that eventually forced him to resign.

Cuomo said he ignored the scandal on his show because of CNN’s conflict of interest policies.

But neither Cuomo or CNN ever offered a reasonable explanation as to why those same conflict of interest policies did not apply last spring when Chris Cuomo regularly interviewed Andrew Cuomo praising his pandemic response in comedy-style interviews that did not age well.

Cuomo also lied when he said there was no scandal when he interviewed Andrew Cuomo last year as Governor Cuomo faced allegations early on in the pandemic that he killed thousands of New York seniors with an order mandating nursing homes take in coronavirus patients.

“I never covered my brother’s troubles because I obviously have a conflict, and there are rules at CNN about that. I said last year that his appearances on this show would be short-lived, and they were. The last was over a year ago, long before any kind of scandal. I also said back then that a day would come when he would have to be held to account and I can’t do that. I said point blank, I can’t be objective when it comes to my family, so I never reported on the scandal and when it happened, I tried to be there for my brother,” Cuomo stated.

Cuomo also denied reports that he advised his brother on how to discredit the women accusing the governor of sexual harassment and that he stopped offering his brother’s team advice after CNN ordered him to stop.

“I never misled anyone about the information I was delivering or not delivering on this program. I never attacked nor encouraged anyone to attack any woman who came forward. I never made calls to the press about my brother’s situation. I never influenced or attempted to control CNN’s coverage of my family. And as you know, back in May when I was told to no longer communicate with my brother’s aides in any group meetings, I acknowledged it was a mistake, I apologized to my colleagues, I stopped, and I meant it. It was a unique situation being a brother to a politician in a scandal and being part of the media. I tried to do the right thing, and I just want you all to know that,” Cuomo added.

Cuomo’s comments did not answer the real questions concerning his role in Andrew Cuomo’s sexual harassment and nursing home death scandal nor did they justify the outrageous manner in which CNN handled the whole situation.

A video of Chris Cuomo is now causing one giant headache for CNN

Published

Chris Cuomo thought a vacation would calm the story surrounding his involvement in his brother Andrew Cuomo’s sexual harassment scandal.

Now Cuomo has a new problem on his hands.

And a video of Chris Cuomo is now causing one giant headache for CNN.

Chris Cuomo took his yearly vacation for his birthday just as his brother, Andrew Cuomo, resigned from office before the New York State Legislature impeached him over a report detailing claims of sexual harassment and his order mandating nursing homes take in coronavirus patients, which led to the deaths of 15,000 seniors.

But Chris Cuomo could not stop causing problems for himself and CNN.

Chris Cuomo ignored the scandal involving his brother – one Chris Cuomo played a role in by helping Andrew Cuomo try and discredit the allegations against him – and instead spent his show hammering Florida Governor Ron DeSantis for not following Dr. Fauci’s advice to impose a biomedical security state on Florida.

However, Chris Cuomo became another left-wing COVID hypocrite when video emerged of Cuomo dancing at a Hamptons nightclub indoors not wearing a mask.

New York state has no indoor mask mandate, but the CDC – which Cuomo routinely cites to attack Ron DeSantis – recommends fully vaccinated Americans wear masks indoors.

Once again, Americans learned that the people telling them to take COVID seriously do not take COVID seriously themselves.
