Olivia Dunne reacted to getting squeezed off the Swimsuit Edition cover with a transgender singer and Martha Stewart

Published

on

LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne made the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.

Her inclusion was not a surprise, but the cover models were.

And Dunne reacted to gettingĀ  squeezed off the Swimsuit Edition cover with a transgender singer and Martha Stewart.

The 2023 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition is out, and the cover sparked major controversy.

The four versions of the cover included Hollywood actress Megan Fox, fashion model Brooks Nader, 81-year-old Martha Stewart, and transgender pop singer Kim Petras.

Fox and Nader make sense, but Stewart and Petras show how Sports Illustrated has gone completely ā€œwoke.ā€

Stewart and Petras squeezed LSU gymnast and social media influencer Olivia Dunne off the cover, who was still featured in the magazine spread.

Dunne has garnered millions of followers on social media and millions of dollars in endorsement deals.

In response to receiving online criticism Dunne said, ā€œI think it’s important to stand up for yourself…Maybe it’s the Jersey girl in me, but I think girls needed to know it wasn’t O.K., especially posting things that any other college kid would post in—a leotard—which is the required uniform for being a gymnast. It’s ridiculous…There’s always people who want to downplay your success and say it’s just because of how you look or it’s just luck…I don’t give that negativity too much attention because it doesn’t deserve it. If I want girls to hear my message, I need to focus on what I want to say and not waste my time getting defensive about people who don’t take the time to understand what I do.ā€

Squeezed from the cover for this?

Stewart became the oldest woman—by far—to appear in the issue.

She explained, ā€œTo be on the cover at my age was a challenge. And I think I met the challenge…I didn’t starve myself, but I didn’t eat any bread or pasta for a couple of months. I went to pilates every other day and that was great; I’m still going to pilates every other day ’cause it’s so great. And I just, I live a clean life anyway — good diet and good exercise and healthy skin care and all of that stuff.ā€

The inclusion of Petras, a biological male who ā€œtransitionedā€ at 16 years old, proves that Sports Illustrated no longer cares about its core audience.

Swimsuit director MJ Day said in an interview, ā€œThere is no theme [to this year’s issue]—rather, there is a vision, a sentiment, a hope that women can live in a world where they feel no limitations, internally or externally…But the absence of a theme is not to say that [these women] don’t share certain common traits. They’re constantly evolving.ā€

Petras, who won a Grammy at the most recent awards show, said, ā€œIt’s very iconic, and a lot of very iconic people have done it before, so, big dream come true for me…I hope people take away from this that I look really hot and Sports Illustrated is cool.ā€

This is how leftism destroys everything it touches.

BBC just exposed Fox Corp.’s spine-chilling potential replacement for axed investigative unit

Published

Establishment globalists are circling the wagons.

Dissenting voices are being sidelined.

And the BBC just exposed Fox’s spine-tingling potential replacement for its axed investigative unit.

In light of Fox’s record-high $787 million settlement with Dominion Voting Systems, the network is cutting costs.

Fox’s investigative journalist unit was reportedly completely disbanded, with three people being let go and the other reassigned within the company.

With investigative journalism slowly dying out, it is being replaced with so-called disinformation and misinformation experts.

And the BBC just announced its new ā€œdisinformationā€ system called BBC Verify.

British presenter Marianna Spring explained the new initiative, writing, ā€œWelcome to BBC Verify! … Everything from interrogating social media feeds using undercover accounts and investigating real-world impact of mistruths, hate and conspiracy movements to piecing together what’s happening with satellite imagery.ā€

In reality, BBC Verify is legacy media’s attempt to characterize alternative media as ā€œfringeā€ and ā€œfar-rightā€ and prone to ā€œconspiracism.ā€

Meanwhile, outlets like the BBC are some of the biggest purveyors of disinformation and conspiracy theories.

Predictably, Spring caricatured criticism of the program by writing, ā€œThe trolling in response to this – including misogynistic slurs, threatening and hateful messages – are just more proof of why investigating this is so important. Welcome trolls and stay tuned for my latest Radio 4 podcast, more upcoming investigations – and Undercover Voters.ā€

Max Blumenthal, left-wing journalist and editor of the antiwar site The Grayzone, called out Spring for potentially being a minion of the NATO-aligned foreign policy establishment.

Blumenthal responded to Spring, ā€œHey Marianna, did you ever attend this meeting proposed by a UK intelligence contractor that was aimed at cooking up smears of The Grayzone? Why did a spook propose you as a specialist in taking down an indy outlet like ours? And what exactly is your relationship w/ UK intel?ā€

The international Left have gone all in on combating disinformation and misinformation in the name of saving democracy.

As Spring pointed out in the BBC Verify video, she pondered if a ā€œJanuary 6thā€ incident could happen in the UK.

She also mentioned ā€œfar-rightā€ elements without any mention of ā€œfar-leftā€ movements.

The Left are very panicked about the rise of right-wing populists movements that reject excessive wokeness, unfettered immigration, and endless wars around the globe.

BBC Verify is a UK response to the failed Disinformation Governance Board (DGB) that crashed and burned in the United States.

But the Left will certainly attempt to bring it back.

This New York Times columnist just used two words to describe the Target Boycott that will leave you slack-jawed

Average Americans are starting to show they’re willing to do what it takes to reign in woke nonsense.Ā

That is sparking all kinds of panic on the Left.Ā

And now one New York Times columnist just used two words to describe the Target Boycott that will leave you slack-jawed.

Even after consumers schooled Bud Light over its foray into woke politics, retailer Target decided to push its luck with all kinds of outrageous products, offered prominently for ā€œPride Month.ā€

The company’s offerings included a product line designed by a noted Satanist.Ā

In the past month, Target’s stock has plummeted by about 13.4% as of Tuesday.Ā

Now a darling of the Left’s corporate-controlled media is accusing Target of caving into ā€œeconomic terrorism.ā€

The company has tried to stem the bleeding by citing the danger to their employees as their reason for shifting some LGBTQ displays further back in the stores and cutting out some merchandise.Ā

The fact that customers have been successful in expressing their dissatisfaction with the retailer has the Left all kinds of frustrated—and nobody more than the talking heads over at MSNBC.Ā

New York Times columnist and economics professor Justin Wolfers recently made an appearance on MSNBC claiming that—horror of horrors—if Target gives into the boycott, it will send a message to Americans that they can affect company policy.Ā

“When Target caves into this, then it says that the moment you threaten the employees of even a very large corporation you get to control its policies. This is economic terrorism. Literally terrorism,” Wolfers claimed.Ā

“Creating fear among the workers and forcing the corporations to sell the things you want, not sell the things you don’t. So I think it’s very worrying,” he added.

In reality, both the Bud Light and Target boycotts have come to represent something much bigger than either brand and their ridiculous woke shenanigans.Ā

It has quickly morphed into an all-out power struggle between the Wall Street elites using their access to the country’s wealth—much of it in retirement funds—to force a cultural transformation in line with their woke ideology and the ordinary Americans trying to stop them.Ā Ā

The official word on Wall Street is that Target’s stock is now wildly undervalued after losing more than $9 billion in value.Ā

What happens to the companies which have doubled down on woke policies in reality over the next year will paint a much clearer picture of who is really running America.

Vanity Fair dropped jaws with a breathtakingly nasty jab at Elon Musk and Ron DeSantis

Published

on

By

The corporate-controlled media’s open hostility is transferring quickly from Donald Trump to Ron DeSantis.Ā

And Vanity Fair just showed they’re among the egregious.

Because the magazine just took a breathtaking jab at Elon Musk and Ron DeSantis that will leave you stunned.

When Donald Trump shocked the Left by beating Hillary Clinton back in 2016, the corporate-controlled media transformed overnight.Ā

Their claws came out, and the news was rapidly filled with headlines that proved any pretense of journalistic neutrality was a thing of the past.Ā

Now seven years later, that full-blown hostility is being directed toward Republicans in general—and any candidate they’re known to support.Ā

After years of increasingly intense bashing, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has now earned the full fury of the leftist press—and where Vanity Fair was willing to go with it was truly stunning.Ā

Shortly before Ron DeSantis’ recent announcement that he is running for president in 2024, the magazine ran with this snarky headline: ā€œReport: Ron DeSantis will formally announce his 2024 bid with Elon Musk, because apparently David Duke wasn’t available.ā€

ā€œLaunching with the Twitter owner is certainly a choice,ā€ writer Bess Levin added in a snide subheading.Ā

Levin wasn’t satisfied with merely suggesting that DeSantis and Twitter’s billionaire Elon Musk are white supremacists—inside the first paragraph she went as far as actually accusing Musk—who was Democrat up until last year—of being a neo-Nazi sympathizer.Ā

ā€œAfter many months of refusing to confirm what so many peopleĀ already suspected,Ā Ron DeSantisĀ will reportedlyĀ announceĀ on Wednesday that he is running for president,ā€ Levin penned. ā€œAnd that’s not all: He is said to be planning to formally jump into the 2024 race during a conversation on Twitter withĀ Elon Musk,Ā because apparently otherĀ neo-NaziĀ sympathizersĀ weren’t available.ā€

Levin’s outrageous defamatory comments against both DeSantis and Musk certainly got a reaction.Ā

ā€œIt’s just so patently wrong, it’s false, it’s disgusing,ā€ Fox News’ Jason Chaffetz said during an episode of The Faulkner Focus. ā€œIt’s why people hate politics.ā€

“If someone really sees David Duke and Elon Musk as comparable in some way, they’re either crazy or incredibly ignorant,ā€ author John Hawkins noted. ā€œEither way, they certainly don’t deserve to be writing for any sort of credible publication……or even somewhere like Vanity Fair.”Ā

Meanwhile, Elon Musk quickly brushed off the scathing accusations pointing out that the article was nothing more than satire.Ā

“Looks likeĀ Babylon BeeĀ has some competition for satire,” Musk tweeted.Ā

With nearly 18 months left to go until the 2024 Presidential Election, it looks like the corporate-controlled media is just getting warmed up when it comes to making complete fools out of themselves as they attempt to paint every conservative Republican in the country as a complete nutcase.Ā
