The mad dash to be ‘woke’ has caused everyone from Disney to Netflix to go broke.

But that’s not stopping the major news networks from diving headfirst into the shallow end of the woke pool.

Now the future of NBC News could be in jeopardy after it released this ridiculously woke statement.

Watching the ‘woke’ corporations like Disney, Netflix, and Meta (Facebook) go broke is becoming an American pastime like baseball and football.

Every new dawn breaks with the promise of another leftist ‘woke’ corporation forced to watch its stock crash as their customers decide they’ve had enough of the radical, socialist, transgender, kiddie porn LGBTQIAA+ crusading.

We’ve already seen what happens to news networks like CNN and MSNBC who have long been nothing but cheerleaders for the radical leftwing socialist agenda.

They wouldn’t even still be on the air if it weren’t for the funding they receive from socialist billionaires like George Soros.

Now NBC has decided to go for ‘woke’ as well.

NBC News was completely destroyed by critics recently after it posted a tweet describing one of the winners of the popular game show Jeopardy! only by her sexual orientation, without even mentioning her name.

“The 23-year-old lesbian tutor from Toronto has amassed a total of $320,081, the most by a Canadian contestant in Jeopardy! history,” the news network tweeted.

They then included a link to a full report detailing the impressive 14 consecutive wins by Jeopardy! contestant Mattea Roach.

Someone at NBC News probably wishes they had edited their Tweet.

Because critics of every stripe took to Twitter immediately to ridicule and heap scorn on NBC News.

Most of them rightfully questioning the need to even include Roach’s sexual orientation at all when celebrating her accomplishments.

Others mocked the peacock network for making the tweet confusing by including the sexual preference descriptor.

Fox News contributor Joe Concha wrote, “Not sure why sexuality is included here or how it pertains to an individual’s intelligence, but OK. Contestants of all stripes have been appearing on the show for decades.” 

And the legislative reporter for CityNews Vancouver Liza Yuzda described NBC News’ decision to describe Roach as a lesbian as “a bizarre choice.”

Reuters senior correspondent Chris Taylor asked, “Is her sexual orientation really relevant here?”

Fox News senior meteorologist Janice Dean had another simple question for NBC, “How about just reporting her name and where she’s from?” 

Other critics focused their attention on just how poorly written the Tweet was. A lesbian tutor? Where do you find lesbian tutors?

Former CBS San Diego anchor Barbara-Lee Edwards asked, “What is poorly written, insensitive and just plain insulting?” 

And Townhall columnist Derek Hunter wanted to know, “She tutors lesbians? In what?” 

University of Calgary researcher Paul Fairie tweeted out derisively, “You can get a tutor for anything.”

Clearly, NBC News should be spending more time on teaching their “journalists” how to write, and less time on ‘woke’ LGBTQIAA+ marketing.

The Democrats have their heads in the sand.

They exist in a Democrat Media Complex echo chamber.

But Chuck Todd just gave Democrats a grim warning about Biden’s approval ratings.

Joe Biden’s approval numbers are dropping like a rock.

His first 15 months in office have been historically bad, and he’s struggling to crack 40% in approval ratings amongst Americans.

And Chuck Todd from NBC’s Meet the Press is attempting to warn Democrats that Biden’s unpopularity spells doom for the party in the midterm elections.

Todd began by showing his audience a poll that said 71% of respondents believe the United States is on the wrong track under Biden’s leadership.

Todd explained, “Sixty-five percent wrong track is a bad number. Seventy-one percent? That’s why it is in the shellacking category.”

He went on to illustrate that Biden’s low approval ratings are another indicator that Democrats are in trouble for the midterms.

Todd said, “When you start dipping below 45%, you’ve got a problem, and you’re gonna have midterms that are in the bad-to-shellacking ratio…President Biden is at 40. George W. Bush was at 39% in 2006. We know how that turned out. So, you see, that’s also in shellacking territory.”

Todd also discussed the generic Congressional ballot that currently has Republicans up 46-44, although some polls have the spread as large as 11 points in the GOP’s favor; the poll average is 3.4 points.

But even using the 2-point margin, Todd elaborated on why that is bad news for the Democrats.

Todd continued, “What you’re gonna see here is a narrow lead for the Republicans—[46] to 44—and you’re gonna say, ‘Oh, that’s competitive.’ No, no, no, no. In national polling, it’s extremely rare because of the way gerrymandering has worked, the way Democrats are packed into districts…they have more 85-percent districts than Republicans do. The bottom line is, generic ballot, if the Democrats are losing, it means they’re gonna get walloped. Last time in 2010, Republicans had a two-point advantage. That translated to 63 seats.”

In other words, sensible Democrats are concerned about the direction of the party.

On the other hand, the insane Democrats like Keith Olbermann are furious at Todd for telling the truth.

Olbermann even compared Todd to a Nazi collaborator for criticizing Biden’s agenda and explaining how his poll numbers were down.

The Olbermann-wingnut contingent of the party would rather bury their heads in the sand and name-call Republicans.

That strategy is not working, and the Democrats could be in for a rude awakening in November.

Leftists are like a dog with a bone.

They won’t let go of a pet cause no matter how inappropriate.

And now NBC’s Chuck Todd is chastising Joe Biden for the most tone-deaf reason ever.

The heart wrenching pictures from Ukraine are everywhere: tearful goodbyes as men send their wives and children away, volunteers who are no longer with us, and babies from a NICU unit strewn about in a bomb shelter.

But somehow NBC’s Chuck Todd is furious Joe Biden “failed” to compare what’s happening in Ukraine with Republicans insisting that voters should show their ID before casting a ballot.

It sounds like a sick joke, but Todd was dead serious when he went off on Biden during this week’s Meet the Press.

“One thing that surprised me about the President’s State of the Union was the lack of connecting the fight for democracy and freedom abroad, to a fight for democracy,” Todd said.

He then noted March 7 is “Bloody Sunday” before letting his guest, Princeton University African American studies professor Eddie Glaude, take over bashing Biden for failing to make his State of the Union Speech even less coherent.

For those who can’t keep up with all the new anniversaries leftists want to use to indoctrinate us, Todd’s comment “Bloody Sunday” was referring to a 1965 night march in Alabama when a young civil rights protester was killed in a clash with police.

Of course, Todd had handpicked a guest willing to pick up his nonsense and run with it.

“I was stunned,” Glaude said. “I mean, it was an easy kind of rhetorical move ‘let’s defend democracy abroad and secure democracy at home.’”

Todd quickly interjected himself back into the conversation saying that comparing what’s happening with Ukraine to current “voting rights” issues would have been “politically helpful” for Biden.

“I mean, I hate to be that crass about it,” Todd said. “But it’s an easy political win.”

Glaude immediately agreed.

“And what would it mean to secure democracy at home?” Glaude said. “You have to address the question of what’s happening across the country in terms of the assault on voting rights and we also have to address the illiberal forces within our country that are driving the challenge to voting rights. So, I didn’t I didn’t understand it and I thought it was a mistake.”

As usual, the party of snowflakes managed to insult everyone they’re supposedly “for” in a matter of minutes.

Belittling a war that’s killed at least 474 people and torn apart the lives of more than 43 million people is clearly out of bounds.

Comparing the death of a protestor in Alabama in 1965 – who was reportedly trying to protect his mother and grandfather in the middle of a melee – to the ambitions of contemporary leftist “community organizers” is equally insulting.

The 1965 Alabama Literacy test was a ridiculous hurdle designed to keep black Americans from voting and is in no way comparable to what Republicans are doing today by insisting on safeguards to make sure only citizens are allowed to vote.

In fact, Republican efforts to make sure every legal vote counts the way it should benefits every American regardless of political affiliation.

The only people seriously interested in compromising the security of American polling places are also firmly in favor of letting millions of illegal aliens cross our southern border.

For some reason, Todd isn’t complaining about anyone failing to connect those two topics.
