Corporate-controlled media bigwigs thought they could shut down the free press.

Then they got exactly what they had coming.

Now conservatives have scored a major win after the thought police made one outrageous move.

There was a time when American news outlets at every level at least maintained a façade of neutrality.

But that ship has sailed.

And the morning after Donald Trump was elected in 2016, the leftist press not only started to show its colors, it became downright militant.

Since then, alternative news sources have been popping up only to have corporate-controlled media team up with Big Tech to silence them.

But recently, Twitter went too far and came under all kinds of fire after they decided to absolutely shut down all links leading to new stories from the Epoch Times.

When Twitter users clicked one of the publication’s links they received this error: “The link you are trying to access has been identified by Twitter or our partners as being potentially spammy or unsafe.”

Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) quickly called out Twitter for its “outrageous act of censorship.”

Meanwhile, Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) reminded everyone what was going on the last time the corporate-controlled media decided to bury the real news.

“Twitter is censoring @EpochTimes under the guise of ‘unsafe’ speech,” Senator Johnson wrote. “Remember what happened the last time corporate media and big tech tried to censor my investigation on Hunter Biden corruption? The truth always prevails.”

Cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough then piled on with his own two cents.

“Twitter hemorrhaging evidence of CDC collusion, malfeasance, and suppression of free speech is found to be censoring leading news outlet Epoch Times,” Dr. McCullough added. “As more censorship happens audiences are further drawn to those sources of information for the truth. Keep it up Twitter!”

It’s possible Twitter executives finally figured out that McCullough’s opinion was spot on.

Less than a week after they completely shut down all Epoch Times content, the social media giant suddenly let up, with links seemingly working again as if a switch was magically flipped.

The sheer arrogance of the social media platform is truly stunning, but one thing is for sure – Twitter can’t afford to lose a single legitimate user.

For all its bravado, the company is apparently a mere shell of what it has presented itself to the world as.

In fact, Elon Musk recently backed out of a deal to purchase the company after Twitter refused to provide the relevant information and access needed to verify that 95% of all active Twitter accounts are actual, real humans, as Twitter has contended in order to rake in advertising dollars and keep their sinking stock price afloat.

What nobody is talking about, though, is the fact that if corporate-controlled media companies want to stay in business, they need to start taking a few pointers from new, thriving alternative media sources.

After all, few people want to spend their free time watching “news” organizations that have clearly morphed into propaganda machines.

Neoconservatives on the Right like Adam Kinzinger – whose Congressional district was gerrymandered out of existence by Illinois Democrats – wants a no-fly zone over Ukraine, and Senator Lindsey Graham called for someone in the Russian government to assassinate Vladimir Putin.

People who are calling for peace and don’t want to see brinkmanship with a nuclear power, and people who are pushing back against dangerous war propaganda have been labeled “collaborators,” and even “traitors.”

Such is the case with Fox News host Tucker Carlson and former Hawaii Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard.

That’s why the harpies on The View want Carlson and Gabbard investigated and arrested by the Department of Justice.

So-called “Republican” Ana Navarro, who hasn’t espoused a real conservative opinion in a decade, argued, “I think DOJ (Department of Justice) in the same way it is setting up a task force to investigate oligarchs, should look into people who are Russian propagandists and shilling for Putin.”

The establishment is so hot for war, combating propaganda and resisting American involvement is somehow tantamount to “shilling for Putin.”

Whoopi Goldberg got in on the act and said, “They used to arrest people for doing stuff like this. If they thought you were colluding with a Russian agent. If they thought you were putting out information or taking information and handing over to Russia. They used to actually investigate stuff like this.”

Goldberg’s statement is mind-blowing considering she was highly critical of the Hollywood blacklist of the past.

There were communists in the State Department, media, entertainment, and academia that were actually collaborating with the Soviet Union, and the Left believed the McCarthy Era was the worst thing that ever happened in America.

It’s impossible to oppose McCarthyism and call for Carlson and Gabbard to be investigated and arrested.

There is no way that the panelists of The View would have been on board with arresting people who opposed the Vietnam War.

Carlson, who has the top rated show in cable news, is probably the strongest anti-war voice on television.

And Gabbard, a former Army reserve officer, became persona non grata for her anti-war positions.

The ladies of The View and the Left more broadly are exposing themselves to be authoritarians.

America’s corporate-controlled media is now in the business of suppressing news it worries will hurt the Democrat Party.

But one person is the biggest victim of this Soviet-style propaganda.

And now The Washington Post censored Donald Trump over this 2020 election claim.

The Washington Post recently published a lengthy series reinforcing the corporate-controlled media narrative that the events of January 6 were a Trump-inspired white supremacist insurrection.

That media storyline is now collapsing because of Tucker Carlson’s investigative series Patriot Purge.

The Post reached out to Donald Trump for comment, and Trump submitted a lengthy response attacking The Post’s story telling.

But in a stunning move, The Post openly bragged about how they refused to print Trump’s statement in full because Trump questioned the results of the 2020 election.

“The Post provided Trump a list of 37 findings reported as part of its investigation. His spokesman Taylor Budowich provided a lengthy written response that included series of unrelated, inflammatory claims that The Post is not publishing in full,” The Post wrote.

“The media’s obsession with the January 6th protest is a blatant attempt to overshadow a simple fact: there is no greater threat to America than leftist journalists and the Fake News, which has avoided a careful examination of the fraudulent 2020 election,” Trump spokesman Taylor Budowich said in the portion of the statement The Post printed.

It used to be considered fairness in journalism to reach out to the subject of a story and present their comment in full so that way readers could judge for themselves what to make of the story the paper published as well as the subject’s comments on the matter.

But in 2021, the corporate-controlled media now believes some views are too dangerous to expose Americans to.

Instead, the corporate-controlled media has settled on the idea that the press must carefully curate what gets reported to the public in order to make sure the media’s preferred narrative is the story the public hears.

The Washington Post freely admits this is the case by censoring Donald Trump’s response to their story to make sure the only comments from Trump the public can read line up with what The Post wants the public to believe about January 6.
