Left-wing radicals are having a full-scale meltdown.

They are simply not accustomed to losing political battles.

Now, MSNBC has accused Clarence Thomas of something too ridiculous to believe.

Democrats are still licking their wounds after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.

The abortion question will now return to the states, as it was before seven left-wing justices created a supposed “Constitutional right to abortion” out of thin air in 1973.

Hysterical leftists act as if the Court just banned abortion nationwide, which they did not.

The Supreme Court’s job is to interpret the law, and they did so correctly in the Dobbs decision.

And a concurring opinion from Justice Clarence Thomas has left-wing radicals hopping mad all over again.

Justice Thomas wrote that Supreme Court cases involving gay marriage, gay sex, and contraception were also on faulty legal ground.

First, Thomas is correct on legal grounds; there are many dead letters that should be struck down on the state level, not with an overbroad Supreme Court ruling that sets bad legal precedent.

Second, Thomas is not endorsing prohibition, and no other Justice would even dare to make the brave legal argument Justice Thomas did in his concurrence.

And that’s why the Democrat Media Complex is out for Thomas’s blood.

“Justice Thomas writes in the same concurrence that he wants to go back to a time where you could jail people based on the intercourse they had…” MSNBC’s Ari Melber said on Morning Joe. “You could jail, in a case that he picks, people that happen to have same-sex intercourse and put them in jail for that. He’s not joking. This is not a drill.”

Melber and other leftists simply do not understand how the Constitution works – they only care about the result.

For decades, they depended on five left-wing justices to serve as a super-legislature of sorts for the entire country.

Justice Thomas does not want to throw consenting adults in jail for being gay, something that hasn’t happened in decades, well before Lawrence v. Kansas.

The states have abdicated their responsibility to the Supreme Court.

“And the Court has just proven that in contrast to most of modern history, with some rare exceptions, they’re changing the standard for overturning precedent, stare decisis, to simply, when they get enough Justices on the Court — it is not like they waited, the Trump era feels recent, this was the first big abortion case since they’ve had three Trump justices, and they are shredding what were rights until last week, and perhaps the Court’s legitimacy along the way,” Melber concluded.

Justice Thomas is a constitutionalist.

He does not believe that bad case law should stand.

Thomas praised Justice John Marshall Harlan for being the lone dissent in Plessy v. Ferguson, which enshrined segregation as law.

According to Melber, that ruling should have never been weakened to the point of being de facto overruled because it was established precedent.

Democrats have grown accustomed to left-wing activist Justices controlling the Supreme Court, and now they don’t know what to do.

The Biden administration has become a sinking ship.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki bailed before the ship hit the iceberg.

Now, Joe Biden is whining because Americans don’t believe one lie he’s telling.

Joe Biden is apparently mystified by his sagging poll numbers.

In his mind, he’s doing a great job, and he can’t understand why the American people are not on board.

The Democrat Media Complex cannot paper over the economic concerns burdening everyday Americans.

NBC News reported that “Biden has vented to aides about not getting credit from Americans or the news media for actions he believes have helped the country, particularly on the economy. Unemployment rates have dropped to below 4 percent — pre-pandemic levels — but polling indicates most Americans believe the economy is in bad shape. Biden grouses that Republicans aren’t getting their share of the blame for legislative gridlock in Congress, while he’s repeatedly faulted for not getting his agenda passed.”

This is comical, and it shows the delusion of the Left.

Democrats believe they can pursue any policy they want and get a positive outcome, regardless of the principles of economics.

Biden and the Democrats spent like drunken sailors; they pumped trillions of dollars into an overheated economy, and now they’re reaping the whirlwind of that decision.

NBC News added that Biden “has also told aides he doesn’t think enough Democrats go on television to defend him. A particular sore spot is his slumping poll numbers; he’s mystified that his approval rating has dropped to a level approaching that of his predecessor, Donald Trump, ranked by historians as one of the worst presidents in history. ‘He’s now lower than Trump, and he’s really twisted about it,’ another person close to the White House said.”

Democrats and their media allies have created a cocoon for themselves.

But out in the real world, no one cares about the lies that they circulate amongst themselves.

Biden was also peeved by the fact his staff has to clean up his numerous gaffes.

NBC News wrote that “Biden is unhappy about a pattern that has developed inside the West Wing. He makes a clear and succinct statement — only to have aides rush to explain that he actually meant something else. The so-called clean-up campaign, he has told advisers, undermines him and smothers the authenticity that fueled his rise. Worse, it feeds a Republican talking point that he’s not fully in command.”

The other alternative is that Biden would rather people believe he does in fact want regime change in Moscow, U.S. boots on the ground in Ukraine, and the threat of chemical weapons in contravention of the Geneva conventions.

The Biden administration is self-destructing, and Joe Biden cannot understand why, so he’s blaming everyone else.

The ideas of the Left are utterly incoherent.

Yet, Democrats willfully go along with all of the crazy ideas.

And one new journalistic standard proves the Democrats are complete liars on one issue.

The Democrats are hopping mad over the abortion issue, which was rekindled after a Supreme Court leak of a draft opinion from Samuel Alito that suggests the overturning of Roe V. Wade.

The new battle over abortion has brought women’s issues front and center for the Left, but there is a glaring omission in their progressive rhetoric.

Suddenly, transgender men and nonsense terms like “birth people” are no longer part of the conversation.

The Associated Press Style Guide tried to clean up this obvious contradiction by issuing a new update.

The AP Style Guide update read, “Phrasing like pregnant people or people who seek an abortion seeks to include people who have those experiences but do not identify as women, such as some transgender men and some nonbinary people. Such phrasing should be confined to stories that specifically address the experiences of people who do not identify as women.” 

In other words, it is okay to “erase” trans men and dispatch with idiotic terms like “pregnant persons” and “people who give birth.”

Democrats don’t want any distractions from their over-the-top pro-abortion zealotry.

The style guide update is a clear example of how Democrats will manipulate language in any way they can to achieve political power.

For example, in light of the 2020 Reign of Terror, the AP Style Guide suggested that outlets capitalize “black” when describing people of African descent.

The out-of-the-blue update made no sense other than to somehow contribute to the cultural “reparations” in the aftermath of George Floyd’s death.

Democrats are now trotting out the “my body, my choice” line that they abandoned during the peak of COVID hysteria when they were forcing people to take an experimental vaccine.

It’s quite stunning to witness the mental gymnastics of the Left when killing babies is at stake. 

They have already renewed talks of packing the Supreme Court.

Luckily for them, Merriam Webster added a new definition of “court-packing” to dovetail with the newfangled Democrat definition of simply restoring ideological balance to the court.

That is utter nonsense.

The Democrats want the Supreme Court to remain a liberal super-legislature that will codify into law the agenda they can’t pass through Congress.

The Left have destroyed their credibility by torturing logic to such a hideous extent.
