The left-wing media can’t seem to get its act together these days.
The more they shill for their Democrat puppet masters the more they fall apart.
Now the fake news media just proved this hot button issue is a big winner for the GOP.
There is a potential world war breaking out. The U.S. economy is the worst it’s been in over 40 years.
Parents can’t get baby formula to feed their babies, millions of illegals are flooding the southern border, including terrorists, murderers, and rapists.
And now, radical leftists have violated the very sanctity of our judicial system in order to throw our nation into violent chaos over the abortion issue.
And through it all, the corporate-controlled left-wing media has been gleefully leading the radical mantras of the socialists.
That may soon be changing.
Because it turns out, things in the United States aren’t quite what the fake news media thought they were.
That’s why newsroom managers have been warning reporters against voicing their personal views on abortion as the Supreme Court appears ready to overturn the egregious Roe v. Wade decision.
This shocking news comes to us courtesy of a recent Vanity Fair report, which claims certain news outlets are taking a very different tone than the radical leftist one they took during the violent and destructive Black Lives Matter protests over the death of criminal George Floyd.
Maybe, like so many cities across America, the left-wing media feels burned.
During the height of the riots in 2020, Axios chief executive Jim VandeHei told his employees in a memo sent company-wide that they were encouraged to exercise their “rights to free speech, press, and protest.”
In recent days, however, following the Supreme Court Roe leak, Axios has taken a different message to its employees.
Earlier this week, a memo was circulated among the Axios staff urging journalists to keep their abortion opinions secret.
“Abortion is a human rights issue that has become a highly politicized topic, with very specific policies being debated in Washington and in most states,” wrote VandeHei. “So it seems impossible to march—or tweet opinions—and not be perceived as picking a political side in public.”
VandeHei warned that such activism “could undermine our trusted journalism.”
Right. Because they’ve done such a good job of that so far.
According to Vanity Fair, reporters with the Associated Press and NPR were also issued similar memos warning against making their views known.
But it’s not just the Vanity Fair article where this can be found.
Reporters have taken to Twitter to voice their displeasure at being “silenced” by their employers.
As Jess Joho of Mashable wrote, “As we speak, journalists who expressed their anger and distress on Twitter over their bodily autonomy and rights being taken away are now getting reprimanded for it. Please, explain to me: exactly whose version of ‘objectivitie truth’ are we supposed to stick to here?”
It’s refreshing to see the other side struggle for once!
And it’s good to know that even they are starting to realize the abortion issue is not an automatic “losing issue” for Republicans – now if Republicans could just figure that out.
