Fake news CNN’s Jim Acosta is the so-called “reporter” Trump supporters love to hate.

No one did more to damage the media’s credibility the last four years than Acosta with his showboating and blinding hatred for all things Donald Trump.

And now Jim Acosta insulted Trump supporters with one attack that will leave you red with rage.

Appearing on fake news CNN’s ridiculously named Reliable Sources, Acosta attacked Trump supporters as mindless barbarians who only dislike the media because of Donald Trump egging them on.

In Acosta’s telling, Trump supporters lash out violently at so-called “reporters” at the urging of the President.

“There were Trump supporters all over the country absorbing this hostility that the president was directing at the press and then lashing out at us, as well, and in ways that made us feel endangered,” Acosta whined. “You know, I am not the only reporter who covered this White House who has had death threats. There have been a number of us who have experienced death threats. We can’t be at a place in this country, Brian, where political reporters, White House correspondents, and so on need bodyguards to go cover political campaigns and so on. And so, it’s more than just pulling a press pass or yelling at a reporter at a press conference or calling somebody names like we heard President Trump do … from time to time.”

Acosta claimed the President being critical of a press that spent four years lying about him and smearing his family was “anti-democratic.”

“It is just a pervasive hostility towards the president – anti-democratic hostility towards the press that I just hope we never see the likes of ever again. It is just so damaging and destructive for our democracy,” Acosta complained.

There used to be a maxim in journalism that reporters did not become the story.

That all changed with Donald Trump.

Reporters wanted confrontation with the President because that is how they became rich and famous with book deals and TV cable news contributor contracts.

The Trump years exposed the ugly side of the Fake News Media.

During Trump’s Presidency, so-called “reporters” like Jim Acosta treated the country to their four-year long therapy session as they freaked out over the fact that Donald Trump won the 2016 election.

They then went about using conspiracy theories and lies to bring down his Presidency.

It’s no wonder President Trump and his supporters don’t hold the Fake News Media in high regard.

The Christmas Day bombing in downtown Nashville horrified Americans.

The left saw it as another opportunity to trash the President.

And MSNBC tried to attack Trump over the Nashville bombing. This is how it blew up in their faces.

MSNBC’s Kyle Griffin is the producer of The Last Word hosted by Lawrence O’Donnell and also a prominent figure on social media.

Leftwing celebrities look to Griffin’s Twitter feed for cues on what stories they should pay attention to and how they should attack President Trump.

On December 27, Griffin decided that the Nashville bombing presented an avenue of attack on the President and tweeted out to his one million followers that Donald Trump had not made any public comment on the bombing.

But this was not true.

And if Griffin had taken 15 seconds to perform a simple Google search he never would have sent out his fake news Tweet.

Two days before Griffin’s Tweet, the White House put out a statement informing the public that President Trump had been briefed on the bombing and that the President expressed this thanks to the first responders trying to manage the fallout from the attack.

“President Trump has been briefed on the explosion in Nashville, Tennessee, and will continue to receive regular updates. The President is grateful for the incredible first responders and praying for those who were injured,” the statement read.

So much of what passes for news coverage of Donald Trump is not really news.

And it doesn’t matter if it’s true.

What matters is conveying a narrative – and the Fake News Media wants to claim Donald Trump abandoned his duties as President because he’s in the middle of throwing a temper tantrum over the results of an election the media believes he lost.

One of the biggest names at MSNBC is on a new career path.

This decision left Americans speechless.

And now a major MSNBC host has a new job that no one could believe.

MSNBC recently named Joy Reid the host of the 7PM hour program replacing the disgraced Chris Matthews.

This came after Reid was exposed as a liar after claiming hackers traveled back in time to hack her website and plant racist and homophobic comments on her blog.

That was obviously a lie.

Reid made these comments back in 2006, but tried to lie her way out of the controversy now that such comments run afoul of left-wing identity politics shibboleths.

To make matters even worse, Howard University is bringing on Reid as a professor of journalism despite documented accounts of Reid lying in public about what she said online.

Cathy Hughes School of Communications Dean Grace Lawson-Borders announced the move.

“Joy Reid is a great addition to our faculty as Hearst Visiting Professor in Spring 2021, Hearst Visiting Professor in Spring 2021,” Lawson-Borders announced. “Ms. Reid brings a depth and breadth of experience on the current media and political landscape to examine issues in a digitally enhanced academic and professional environment.” 

Reid celebrated her new position.

“I’m so excited to be the incoming Hearst Visiting Professor at Howard University, teaching a course on the impact of race and gender on political coverage,” Reid stated. “Particularly in this era of virtual media, and deep partisanship and political division, it’s never been more important that journalists incorporate a thorough and honest historical context in our coverage. I can’t wait to interact with the brilliant students at Howard and share ideas with them on how we as an industry can be better and do better.”

In many ways Reid is a perfect journalism professor.

Reid lies in advance of a narrative and is given a pass because she has the right political views.

The so-called “mainstream” media in 2021 is defined by lying to advance the preferred political narrative.
