Democrats are already trying to undermine Donald Trump’s second term.
They are counting on establishment Republicans to help them in that endeavor.
But a RINO stunned ABC’s Jonathan Karl when he burst the Democrats’ bubble on this Trump cabinet pick.
Priebus defends Tulsi
Some of the strongest opposition to Donald Trump has come from members of his own party.
Establishment Republicans tried to undermine his Presidency every step of the way.
People like former Trump Chief of Staff Reince Priebus had their own agenda instead of the MAGA agenda.
Priebus was allegedly leaking like a sieve to the media.
He was eventually replaced by General John Kelly, who turned out to be even worse.
Priebus recently appeared on ABC for a panel discussion, and he surprisingly defended Tulsi Gabbard, Trump’s pick for the Director of National Intelligence (DNI).
Priebus told host Jonathan Karl and his co-panelists, “One thing I highly would suspect is that you wouldn’t rise to a rank of an O-5 Lieutenant Colonel if our intelligence agencies thought that somehow she was some kind of ‘Russian asset,’ which if people are going to level those charges, they better be darn sure that they’re accurate. And it’s a very dangerous thing to do.”
He is correct in how Gabbard has been recklessly smeared.
Not only was Gabbard a member of Congress, but she is currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserve.
To accuse her of being an asset of a foreign government is disgusting.
Priebus added that “it’s all insinuated, okay? It’s this cutesy, hyperbolic nonsense coming out of the media and the Democrats who refuse to accept the fact that almost a majority or a majority of Americans have accepted Donald Trump and Trumpism. I think it’s time to give this guy a month of peace and let the process play out.”
No peace
That set off Representative Jasmine Crockett (D-TX), who was also on the panel.
She responded, “I don’t know about giving him any peace, child. But what I will say—because you signed up to be the President of the United States, and we are definitely at a precipice in this country and people were hurting and they believe in him. So, no. There should not be any peace over the next four years. He should be working every single day, not hanging out at Mar-a-Lago on, you know, playing golf.”
The Washington, D.C. Swamp freakout over Gabbard has been over the top.
She was once a rising star within the Democrat Party.
Gabbard was even given a speaking slot at the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Everything changed once she began speaking out against the neocon regime change wars around the globe.
Gabbard also met with Syrian president Bashar al-Assad because diplomacy is bad whenever the regime decides that it is.
That meeting has become the basis of her being smeared as a traitor to her country.
The establishment will stop at nothing to get its endless wars.
